Petco Grooming

This has gotten very rude and the lack of keeping paperwork is super frustrating. We have done the mini rover on both our dogs and recently most of the services were done poorly or not done at all. Calling for appointments of services not on the app is impossible becuse no one answers the phone and when you walk in they act annoyed you are there.

The dog looked great. Paws were a little different - did not seem to be totally cleaned. It's something we can fix ourselves, but thought it would be taken care of with the grooming.

I left the Prominent Point Location because they injured my puppy without telling me. I noticed until hus ear started to smell and infected. I used to take my previous dog to that location. All they do is shave your dog completely, regardless of the breed. My berneadoodle came out looking like a Whippet. She was nice. But I was the second client who came out unsatisfied with extra charges. He's a puppy so still nervous about grooming. But his look was not appropriate at all.

I was very disappointed, with the grooming of my long haired German Shephard, I brought her in at 8am,to have a full service grooming, I never received a call from them to indicate that she was done, my dog sat in thier kennel for over 3 hours, cuz the groomer had my dog done within an hour, which is very quick for a long haired shepherd, she was supposed to have the full service, deep shed release, that didn't happen, n they changed me over a hundred dollars for a quick service, all that time she sat in a kennel, the groomer could have done the service correctly, I found out after she got done with my dog,the groomer took off,so its not like she had another dog to groom,I been bringing my dog in for a few years now,n never had this crap happened, the problem is they have a different groomer each time,so u never know who you get!!! They seem to be in a hurry n dont put in the full service n still expect to be paid plus get tipped!! I'm sorry but over 160.00 is not worth only one hour of service!!

This is the best Groomer I found in the city, amazing groomers! My pups hair had gotten so long and dirty and matted and I swore I was picking up a different dog.. When I picked him up, he was calm and happy, not traumatized as he has been at past groomers. They take the time and they love on the pups. I think my dog can sense that his Groomer really loves her job.
