I can’t recommend Itzel enough! She does an amazing job grooming my Pomeranian, Groot. From start to finish, she personally takes great care of him and always makes sure he looks his absolute best. Groot can be pretty wild and energetic at times (lol), but Itzel is always patient, caring, and professional. It’s clear that she truly loves what she does and treats every pet like her own. The quality of her work, attention to detail, and the care she provides are outstanding. If you’re looking for someone who will take excellent care of your furry family member, Itzel is the one! Thank you, Itzel, for always taking such great care of Groot!

I love the way Kassidy and the other groomers take care of my fur baby. They are caring, and willing to go that extra mile when my fur baby is not cooperative. Thank you, Petco Groomers. On a side note. I had to knock on the door because the store was not open. Usually, the groomer will let me in, but she was busy with anothet dog. There was a young employee who noticed me knocking, however, she ignored my knocking. She continued working while I knocked over and over again. She got annoyed and shrugged her shoulders and kept working. Finally another young lady heard me knocking and let me in. She identified herself as the manager. I complained about the other employee ignoring me. If you could see how that employee looked at me and continued to ignore me. You would be upset too. She does not understand customer service. She should have known that grooming opens earlier than the store. In the past, others would greet me and ask what time is your grooming appointment? They would notify grooming and the groomer would come and let me in. However, Miss no customer service, was rude and mean and continued to give me dirty looks for knocking, instead of helping a me. She's definitely

I want to express my gratitude for the amazing grooming experience with Melissa at Petco Gosford location in Bakersfield, Ca. She did an incredible job with my dog, Solo, a male Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He looks fantastic, smells wonderful, and his trim is absolutely perfect! Melissa mentioned Solo did amazing, and I could tell she genuinely cared about making the experience great for him. Thank you so much, Melissa, for your exceptional work and kindness. I’m beyond happy with the results, and Solo is too!
