Petco Dog Training

Able to get an early appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed. Arrived before the store actually opened. Appointment only took about 15 minutes. Less stress on my senior dog. This, to me, is huge! Thanks.

I brought my cocker spaniel in to get groomed last week, and the groomer was nice. He looked fine, and I left a good tip because she had her work cut out with our old fur baby. However, my dog has a skin tag on the side of his head and she cut it. It was clearly an accident as I forgot to mention that about him, but I’m not impressed that the groomer didn’t acknowledge what happened at all, and just let me leave with his head bleeding. Not okay. I would’ve been 100% understanding if she told me.

Very clean and friendly staff. This evening was very different I am assuming this employee was the manager on shift this evening Her name was Jamie, when I was speaking to my son she loudly got herself in our conversation by saying what did you ask us in a rude tone.. I just looked at her and kept on speaking to him as her comment was definitely directed towards what I was talking to him about. She was definitely not friendly and I feel she needs a lot more customer service training, you greet customers with a nice welcome you do not get involved in their conversation unless you are being speaked to. She definitely put a bad vibe in the air.

Service is ok not as good as other Petco's I've went to in the past. They would benefit from working on customer relations a bit more. My son wants a ferret I've been considering getting him one so he asked if he could hold one they told him "no, we only bring the animals out for serious buyers only" kind of as if we weren't going to get one. But I look at it this way if I'm getting an animal adoption or buying I want to see if the animal & my family connect... Everything & everybody have different personalities & in order to have a less stressful life you should make sure you & your companion are compatible.

Some of the best customer service I've ever had. We went here to adopt a puppy and, despite some scheduling issues, the staff was nothing but helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and to make sure we were taken care of. The manager on duty, two different associates, and the rep at the VetCo desk were all great.
