Denver is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Denver follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Hands down the best! I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback and review regarding Art of the Dog Training School in Denver, CO. Overall, the experience was exceptional and worth every penny. Throughout the program, they utilized kind, positive training methods that demonstrated true respect for both the dog and the owner, and their facilities were consistently safe and clean. Our dog was trained here and complete the behavior modification program. Because of Art of the Dog we are having a great life with him and he’s so much less anxious and is doing amazing. When we went on a recent trip out of state, we boarded our dog here because we knew he would be in really good hands. And he absolutely was. We got photos and he got some touchups on his training and was so well taken care of. He even got a bath! We appreciate Art of the Dog so much and highly recommend them for training and boarding!

It took us over a year to finally choose a board and train program for our two herding breeds that showed a lot of reactivity toward other dogs and some people. It made it difficult to take them anywhere and our world became a lot smaller. We decided to go with Art of the Dog Canine Academy because of their lifetime support, positive reviews, and program philosophy. We are so happy we did. We still have a long road ahead of making sure WE are consistent in keeping our dogs following the protocols and holding ourselves and our dogs accountable, but it is like night and day. We feel so much more confident and comfortable in taking them out on walks and are actually looking forward to taking them out in more busy and public places. We couldn't recommend AOTD enough, and we're grateful to know that if we ever need extra support, they will be there to help!

Lauren, Sami, and CJ were absolutely incredible. The care, attention, and dedication they pour into their training clearly demonstrate how much they love their work and the dogs in their care. After recently welcoming two German Shepherd puppies into our family, we quickly realized we were not fully equipped to handle two such lovable yet rambunctious pups. In our search for professional help, we found Art of the Dog Canine Academy. Following a few prompt responses and detailed video chats, we knew this was the right team to trust with our new family members. We enrolled them in a three-week board-and-train program. Naturally, I felt incredibly anxious and nervous. I worried about whether the training would work, if our puppies would remember us, or if they would lose their playful personalities. Fortunately, my fears were immediately put to rest. The team provided daily updates filled with hilarious pictures, progress videos detailing the training steps, and regular updates on their weight and feeding habits. When one of our pups, Athena, began chewing at her side due to dry skin or shedding, the staff noticed immediately and took proactive steps to care for her.At graduation, we me

Art of the Dog is clearly Denver’s premiere board and train academy. They worked miracles with my girls. They are organized, communicate constantly and respectfully about your dog’s progress. The photos and videos they sent while my girls were there are priceless. They kept me informed about diet issues when one of my girls wasn’t eating just from the change of circumstances. My other had a skin issue (which she had several times before training) and they notified me immediately. We were able to work together on some solutions. The various trainers that work with the dogs clearly love what they do and they love my dogs! They also provide several videos for owners to bring us along with the dogs’ training that reinforces what we as owners must now do to reinforce the training, to practice the skills at home and lifetime consultation and additional training as needed. These guys are amazing. The board and train program for 3 weeks is intense for the dogs and now my work as an owner is setup with homework, training videos to review as often as I want and additional consultation in the future for specialized training that comes from having 2 very different dog breeds who need
