Ty was so nice and helpful to both me and my grandmother while we were looking at betta fish! Gave us lots of information, didn't rush us and told us the best time to come in and look at the new fish. Definitely going to come back

I gave this Petco two chances, and both experiences were disappointing. First, I scheduled a vaccination appointment for 10:30 a.m. through their website. When I arrived, I was told vaccinations are only done from 3–6 p.m. If that’s the case, why does the website allow appointments outside those hours? I had to completely rearrange my day and come back at 3 p.m. Thankfully, the mobile veterinary staff were fast, professional, and very kind. They were the only positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, the grooming appointment was even more frustrating. I booked it nearly a week in advance and paid for add-ons, including a flea treatment. Then, while I was already driving to the appointment, I received a call saying they couldn’t groom my dog because he might have fleas. If your policy is to refuse dogs with fleas, why advertise flea treatment as a grooming add-on? Also, I’m not even certain my dog has fleas—it could be flea dermatitis. That should have been discussed before the appointment, not as I was on my way. To make matters worse, I tried calling twice to speak with the groomer and no one answered. I even walked to the grooming entrance around 8:50 a.m., and despite th

Ty is very friendly and personable. Had a great attitude when I approached the register, and he also found some time to chit chat for a bit. This is definitely one of my favorite places to go to when I need cat food! Every always seem so nice!

Shian was not friendly during out shopping experience today. I went in to return items my dog did not like, couldn't wear, and one toy he immediately chewed up. She was almost irritated that she had to help us/do her job. Very fake. I come back to purchase items after shopping, I had a Petco website price match to a Kong toy. She stared at it for what seemed like forever, didn't say a word, and then gave me my total. Again, seemed very bothered to do her job. Don't appreciate the fake "happy". Sorry I interrupted you from chit chatting near what looked like the office. 🤷‍♀️
