I had a very disappointing experience with my recent grooming appointment. I brought my dog in as a walk-in for grooming, and Courtney was the groomer who assisted us. When I returned to pick up my dog, I was surprised to find additional boarding/daycare fees added to my bill. At no point during check-in was I informed that these charges could be applied, nor was I provided with or made aware of any policy explaining when those fees would be assessed. When I asked about the charges, the interaction became even more concerning. Courtney was rude and told me that I was “going to pay” the additional fees rather than calmly explaining the policy. She then stated that she would call her boss—even though she acknowledged her boss had been there that morning when my dog was checked in. She also complained that my dog had been with her for her entire shift and said he had been finished around 10:30 a.m. However, my dog was not dropped off until approximately that time, and I did not receive the appointment confirmation email until around 10:45 a.m. That timeline made her explanation confusing and raised more questions than it answered. Salena & Ashley have made my fist time visit wonderful! I will definitely be back! The amount of care and support and attentiveness to what I need was incredible! As a military personnel I’m always happy for someone who pass attention to detail! What a wonderful place that I will make home for shopping for my German Shepards and Huskies (soon to be search and rescue heroes).

Today was my first visit to Pet Supplies Plus, and I had a wonderful experience. The cashier was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely passionate about her job. Her excellent customer service made a great impression on me. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I brought my dog in for a grooming appt with Rita and it was the worst I could have ever imagined. My dog is mixed with poodle and she gave him the poodle look. Although he came in looking like a teddy bear. I didn’t know the difference between a clean face/clean paws and puppy face/puppy paws. He’s only 4mths why would she shave all his hair?! When I picked him up he looked terrible. And I paid $78 for some bullcrap. I don’t even believe he got the spoiled spring puppy special because I had to mention the bandana he was supposed to receive. I have been crying since I picked him up because he does not look like my baby. I will never come back here. Also, when I dropped him off, I purchased some toys. I was standing at the counter for almost a minute before someone came to help me. When the manager and a team member were standing right there. I spent $100 on toys and treats for my baby. Safe to say I will not be back to this “privately owned” store.

we brought our two puppies here, they are less than a year old and have gotten several haircuts. this was the first time we came here and we were left very unsatisfied. they called and informed us that our dogs had matted hair and that it was going to be “cut down short”, not naked which is what happened to our dogs. when inspecting further we saw that they had patchy hair on their legs and that the nails were not cut yet we were still charged for it within the service? i called and was told that the groomer was new and that since she works on commission we were not entitled to a full refund. we were offered to bring the dogs back but why should i have to bring the dogs back when they should have been groomed properly the first time!!? wouldn’t recommend
