I had a great experience here ♥️ my kids loved it as well. We ended up adopting a Guinea Pig 🐹 and the girl working with the animals is such an animal lover 💕 she’s definitely a good fit. I was considering getting a small, cheaper cage and she advocated for all Guinea Pigs saying that they need a good home (cage) where they can be comfortable and roam freely. She made suggestions without a sales pitch hassle. I just loved her attitude, I like seeing animal lovers working with animals, perfecto! At the register, I was told that I saved $60, which was not true. I also ended up paying more for the Guinea then what was listed-maybe they should be more clear with prices or anything they’re adding on to the price, otherwise, great visit. 🥰

My shopping experience at Petco was very satisfying overall. I was able to easily navigate the store and find the items I needed. The checkout line was smooth and fast, the store was clean, and the associates were present, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue I experienced was that one shelf was completely out of stock of Cesar wet dog food, including both the Warm Bowls and regular Cesar wet food varieties. Other than that, I was pleased with my experience.

My wife purchased a puppy, so we needed food, training pads ect. Our first visit was around 8pm and the staff was very helpful and polite. On my second visit around 12:30 pm [lunch time] the vibe was off. The staff wasn't very helpful or friendly. Imo visit the store at night for a better experience.

I initially gave 5 stars. I arrived at store at 830pm for last minute puppy milk. The staff were awesome. They did not try to rush me since store was closing. They went above . They took time to educated me about having a puppy. Showed me options base on what puppy need and what I was able to afford. They gave me store coupon book. Since I got good customer service I returned on my lunch break to get a crate ad set up vet care. The staff we encountered were not same from night before. They greeted no one. Did not want to help. Crates were placed wrong price tags we need assistance. Major attitude when we asked. Saying what do you want. The night before staff were awesome compared to. Stick in mud dayshift. I am rethinking setting up vet care

Terrible grooming experience resulting in $400 vet visit but manager handled the situation well. My goldendoodle was groomed yesterday and, after picking him up, my partner noticed that his ear was bleeding fairly heavily. The groomer did not mention this when she picked him up but he ears are completely floppy and were bleeding heavy so there is no way that they were unaware when they cut him. My dog’s ear wouldn’t stop bleeding so last night we had to take him to an emergency vet to have the cut glued shut and his head wrapped. They also prescribed him an antibiotic. Altogether, the visit cost $400. After calling attention to the injury, the groomer was defensive and attempted to blame us by saying he was matted. We brush our dog regularly and wash him with conditioner to prevent matting, plus we always check for mats before a grooming appointment. Even if he had been matter, cutting his ear, not mentioning it, and then trying to blame us is unacceptable. Beyond the injury, the grooming itself was done terribly and even the vet remarked on how poorly it was done. There is no chance that we will be back. I do want to thank the Petco manager, Erin, for handling the situation ver
