i have two large and rambunctious dogs and came into use their self service dog wash and made it right before 5, their cut off time for using the self service but they didn’t mind! the lady at the register was super nice and accommodating! my dogs are super high energy and dramatic asf when they get baths and just LOVE to make a huge mess while i bathe them (part of the their dramatic temperament) but the lady at the front reassured me that it was no problem after i offered to clean up the wet floor and said they’d take care of it. super nice and great experience after just moving into the neighborhood. definitely going to be my go-to monthly dog wash spot! thanks for helping get my doggos clean!

I booked the Dog full service grooming, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The groomer did an absolutely incredible job—my dog looked cleaner, happier, and better groomed than ever before. Every little detail was handled with so much care and professionalism, and it’s obvious that the staff genuinely love what they do. I also want to give a special shout-out to the girl at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made the whole process smooth and answered all of my questions with a smile, making me feel like a valued customer. Great customer service like that is hard to find. This is easily the best grooming salon I’ve visited, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality pet care. Five stars without a doubt—I will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have to give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately my cats would not agree to getting groomed, but Pet Wash handled the situation very well. They kept my cats safe by not moving forward. Thank you for making the right judgment and keeping my girls safe. I will absolutely recommend to other pet owners.

I’ve been bringing Ella, to Hollywood Pet Wash for a long time now, and I brought my previous dogs here for years before that. I can't say enough good things about them. The customer service is absolutely amazing, and the way they treat the dogs is fantastic. They are always on time, which I really appreciate, and incredibly accommodating with their availability whenever I need to get her in. Truly top-notch service every single time. Highly recommend!

I took my dog here for the 1st time. I needed a bath and de-shed asap, and my usual place was booked for weeks. Firstly, they have a $25 deposit for appointment, in case its canceled less than 24hrs before. If not canceled, the $25 goes to your visit. Thats reasonable. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place arriving, it looked like a pet store inside. Nice if you need to pick something up for your dog. I did not, so I can't speak to prices but the selection seemed good. They were priced well for my large girl, and a bonus is they let me add on individual grooming items to a bath... I needed a paw pad trim with her bath. Not every place lets you do that! You'd think this would be common but plenty places in my area either want you to do a whole grooming or have packages only you can add. Her bath was finished in a reasonable amount of time, they did a good job on her de-shed, and a great job on the added paw hair trim. Considering this was our first time here, I'm pretty surprised how well it all went. Maybe I've become an expert at getting my dogs' unique needs expressed to the groomers....or they just did everything I asked without my needing to remind them about this or that.
