Before you book

Most groomers ask for proof of current vaccinations, rabies above all, so have the record ready.

Agree on the cut and the price before the appointment; matted coats often cost extra.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for haircuts and baths for a while. They often cancel appointments, but these last two times have been especially frustrating. I wait days or weeks for my appointment, only to show up and find out that the groomer Mya isn’t there. This has happened twice in a row, and no one even has the courtesy to call and cancel. They’re wasting my time and allowing my dog’s fur to get matted, which can lead to skin problems. I find this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
