I took my puppy in to get his face trimmed. I showed the groomer a picture of what I wanted. When I picked up my puppy, he was almost bald. I told the lady at the counter I wasn’t happy. She was very rude. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager wasn’t available so I called the next day spoke with the owner (lisa) which she was very rude. My puppy was supposed to have a bath and brush when I picked him up. He didn’t smell like he got a bath. The owner offered me 10% off and was rude about that as well. I paid for a service I didn’t get I should have been fully refunded and treated better. I will never go to this place again. Horrible experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called at 8:40pm to make sure they had food for my geckos. They said they did, so I told them I would be there in 15mins. I arrived at 8:54pm and all the lights were off, doors were locked, register pulled. See photo for proof. I will be contacting corporate as this is unacceptable. Now everything else is closed so my geckos go hungry, and I wasted gas driving here from the art district for no reason.

I had hoped I had found a place where I could wash my dogs myself and have my friend's Irish Setters groomed. We went to the store, my friend had a long discussion with the manager about getting the setters groomed, both were to be bathed, one needed more of a cut than the other. Made an appointment. Since I was paying for the grooming, I was there when the arrangements were made. The discussion with the manager was lengthy, she was assured the groomed could do what was requested. On the day of the appointment, my friend took the setters in, she was told the appointment wasn't made for what she wanted done. After some discussion, she was told they would work it in. She no sooner got home and got a call telling her they were not going to groom the dogs. I'm sorry, but that is simply bad customer service. I won't be patronizing this store and I won't be recommending it to anyone.

The customer service is great; however, the grooming I received was beyond unacceptable. I asked for a body trim at the gate before handing my pet over. In conversation with the owner, Lisa, it turned out the groomer wrote in the “notes” file that I asked for it to be short as possible and that they explained to me how guards work and how’d that work. That simply did not happen. The owner Lisa tried to say that the “cameras” showed nothing unauthorized happened, but when I asked to confirm the footage of me asking for a body trim, the cameras were no longer mentioned. The owner Lisa also stated she would connect with her groomer and we would chat Sunday. She never called and I had to reach out myself at 5pm on Sunday. She immediately said she never connected with the groomer so I hung up and will be disputing the charge. I shouldn’t have hung up, but I’m beyond frustrated with Lisa and the store for not taking accountability for their actions and the damage they’ve done. Either way, whether the service was supposed to be a shave or not, I would be asking for a refund. My dog is covered in clipper burn scabs. And frankly, it’s common knowledge to not shave double coated dogs and bod

Neat and clean place! The doggy bakery cabinet is so cute! The selection for all animals is great! I will say I think that some items are more expensive than say pets mart or petco. But the betta fish had bigger bowls than usually what they are sold in. And the animals that were for sale there looked extremely well taken care of, happy, and clean.
