Horrible. Would never recommend this place to anyone based on how we’re were mistreated. We have the kindest, friendliest pup on the planet. Didn’t even make it inside bc the staff were so rude and aggressive towards us humans in the parking lot. Can’t imagine how they treat animals. :/ So sad. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a good, friendly, welcoming, dependable doggy daycare in Tucson.

My pup, Rosa, is a problem child. She came into Paws Up after having been discouraged from attending 2 other day care facilities due to her strong prey drive and aggressive play style. She wasn't mean - just misunderstood, and the folks at Paws Up saw that in her! They've worked patiently with her, gradually increasing her vocabulary for communicating with other dogs and showing her how to play appropriately in increasingly larger groups. It's been fantastic. They're always introducing different activities and stimuli to the days, and helping with training in a low-stakes environment. The photos they share are always something that my whole family looks forward to. The best part is that she absolutely LOVES each visit. I can't thank the folks at Paws Up enough for giving our little funny-butt those moments of joy.

I trust them with my pup in all ways and he trusts them. He can’t wait to go every time. Leaps out of the car with excitement. His manners have improved and he does such a great job with how he interacts with other babies because of all their work.

My boys LOVE PawsUp. I can barley hold them back when we pull in. They care so much and always put safety above all else. The fun activities everyday and room to run is amazing.

My dog has the BEST time at daycare. He is a younger pup who is still learning good manners and boundaries. The staff and owner (Aixa) have been amazing working with him, and their communication with me has been fantastic. It really takes a village, and they understand that. You can tell how much they care about the dogs, and we all feel like part of the pack. My favorite part is that the groups are smaller and they match dogs together based on temperament. So my pup can be a in the whackadoodle group which fits his personality well.
