Pawlor Fur Dogs

This is the best groomer I have ever been to in 20 years of dog ownership. My dogs have never looked as cute or had a better haircut. Carmen is responsive and they have great availability for appointments where you can easily book online. The facilities are clean and well maintained and so nice that they don’t crate the dogs but let them relax in a little gated enclosure. They even went out of their way to let us know that our dogs flea and tick collars needed to be changed. It’s an above and beyond service!

I have brought my dogs here three times and they always did a great job — the owner always personally groomed my 7-pound dog, and another groomer handled my 14-pound dog, and they did a great job. This last visit, without any warning or explanation, a different groomer handled my small dog instead of the owner. When I got home, she was lying on the floor, licking herself, and limping. I rushed her to the vet and learned the groomer used an electric razor on her private area instead of scissors, causing severe razor burn. On top of that, she either fell or was mishandled, injuring her leg. She is now on three medications and has been ordered to rest for two weeks. Here's what makes this even worse: they said absolutely nothing when I picked her up. Smiled and sent us on our way, like everything was fine. Accidents happen — but silence is unacceptable. Had they been honest with me about what happened, this would be a very different review. Instead, I had to find out from a wounded pup in severe pain and vet bill.

We asked for a very short spring / summer cut, and Pawlor delivered! Luna looks very neat and tidy. We normally wouldn’t go this short but we wanted it to last for a while as the weather gets warmer, and Pawlor did exactly what we asked for. Luna was waiting for us in a little pen and didn’t seem unhappy. We ended up paying less than what was estimated over the phone which was a nice surprise. Will be returning

Everything about this place is perfect. You’re always greeted by Carmen & Josie who treat my dog as their own. I’ve tried 7 different groomers and for the past two years entrusted Carmen. I love this place for so many reasons, the cleanliness, and the environment they provide. My dog isn’t crated all day, everything is up front you can see them grooming, you can see your dog waiting behind an adorable white picket gate. When You schedule your appt and it’s guaranteed that’s when they start the service and always done within 2 hours. They will call you and confirm when your dog is close to being done. I highly recommend Pawlor Fur Dogs, I love this place.

The staff did an amazing job grooming my dog! They are also incredibly friendly, and made me feel like I was leaving my dog in good hands. My dog looks great and was clearly well cared for. Highly recommend!
