Spot On Veterinary Hospital & Hotel - Stamford

I am writing this because words truly cannot capture the depth of my gratitude for the team at Spot On Veterinary Hospital & Hotel. When my dog, Asa, was fighting a life threatening case of pancreatitis, I was at my absolute breaking point. This is not just about good medical care; this is about a team that saved my lifeline. From the moment we arrived, the level of expertise and urgency they showed was incredible. Pancreatitis is a brutal, complex condition, and watching Asa go through it was the hardest experience of my life. The medical team was not only brilliant in their clinical approach, managing his pain, his hydration, and his systemic inflammation with precision, but they were also deeply human. They saw past the diagnosis to the bond Asa and I share. I want to extend a special thank you to Philip and Becky Putter for building a facility that operates at such a world class, concierge level. You have created an environment where both pets and owners are treated with the highest standard of excellence. A massive thank you to Chastity, who took my initial, panicked phone call and handled it with such calm and professionalism; you helped me keep it together when I needed it m

My Howie has been going to Spot On Doggy Daycare for 7 years now and there's no other place for him except Spot On. The entire staff treats him like royalty and I wouldn't want it any other way! He's also a patient of the veterinary staff, all of whom I think are great as well! Speaking on behalf of Howie and myself, we love Spot On and we're both very happy we found them!

We absolutely love Spot On . The vets take the time to explain everything clearly and simply, which makes such a difference when you’re worried about your pet. Every team member treats our dog Millie like she’s their own, and you can genuinely feel how much they care. We have complete trust leaving her overnight, knowing she’s safe, loved, and in excellent hands. Finding a veterinary team you fully trust is rare, and we’re so grateful for everyone at Spot On.

I had such a great experience here with Lincoln. Everyone was so kind, informative, and genuinely caring. They made me feel completely comfortable and never judged, which I really appreciated as a first time dog parent. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were so sweet and patient with Lincoln during the visit. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners. Highly recommend!

Do not go there. My dog died in December on their watch. I was charged over $6000 for her care and she was sent home with a clean bill of health and died 2 days later. They would not even return my calls to explain what went wrong. Horrible experience after we trusted them with our girl. Don’t waste your time and money. Find a better vet. Update: I want to clarify that I wrote this on behalf of my sister and her dog. Spot on responded to the negative review faster than they responded when her dog died after being treated there.
