My dog Benji went in for her second grooming appt with us, and first at Pawfection. I was pleased with how she looked after the appt. I had booked a full cut and bath, and they advised my husband that wasn't needed, and it made me feel good that they didn't just cut and bathe for the extra $$$. Benji looked and smelled great, which is the whole point! She was in and out within an hour. Very happy to have found our regular groomer!

We could not recommend Kevin or Pawfection enough! Kevin is the best groomer! We have been taking our dogs here for almost two years and have never been disappointed. Our two miniature aussie-poo mixes are always so well taken care of. Kevin truly gets to know each dog individually. Though the two brothers have the same parents, they have very different coats. Kevin adjusted their grooming regimens according to what they each need. Kevin is so good with the dogs and puts their needs first. He also gives us tips to keep their coats in the best shape possible. We are so sad to leave the salon as we are moving states! He provided extensive and fine-tuned notes for us and directions to give our next groomer so that the boys can continue being groomed in a way that works best for them.

Kevin and Michael are amazing. My dog was told by other groomers that she needed strong medication for a proper grooming. After some research, I found Pawfection. They both listened to my concerns about increasing medication for my dog and helped her have a successful first groom without any medication!! They spent the time and energy to make sure my dog was comfortable and not stressed. She looks great and smells like a blueberry! Very thankful for them! 1000/10 recommend!

Had our very first groom today and it was excellent. We actually even tried to book two weeks ago but he had not fully healed from his neuter surgery (4 weeks out) and they very kindly said they couldn’t take him and didn’t even charge for a broken appointment. Our little guy has SO much fur to get through and he looks so special now. We got tips on how to better prepare him next time and Indy even gave kisses to the groomer on our way out (he’s not normally affectionate with men) so that spoke volumes to me. Loved that he was done in an hour and a half and didn’t have to spend the day there. We got a recommendation on how to cut him too! Consults for a dog, amazing, shows they care. Great family business and excellent service. 🥰 We will be back!

Kevin and Michael are the absolutely best! Michael was so great with my sweet Willow! He prepped her so well for her photo shoot! We so recently acquired a rescue and Michael and Kevin are a wonderful and patient team who helped our newest addition feel safe. Thankful for the kind staff who work here. I will continue to trust these men who take such kind care of my animals.
