The Pet Station Country Club

We recently moved out of state & the Pet Station could very well be the thing we miss most! It's clear they have a genuine passion for the animals in their care, which is missing from many other boarding facilities, & gives much needed peace-of-mind. They are consistent, reliable & I can tell my dog really enjoyed it there during each of his stays. We are "those people" who think of our dog as our child & have high standards when entrusting him to someone else's care. Pet Station absolutely meets those standards & then some. Two of my favorite things are how they group dogs by both size and temperament/energy-level, and you are emailed photos daily. Please add a location in Houston!

We honestly can't say enough good things about Beck and the 3-week board and train program at The Pet Station Country Club. From the very first meeting, you could tell she wasn't just going through the motions. She took real time to get to know our dogs (Cody) personality and figure out what we needed as dog parents too. The results speak for themselves. Cody walks perfectly on heel command now, he's got the place command down, and he doesn't jump on guests anymore (a total game changer for us). The best part is that Beck trained us just as much as she trained Cody. We walked away actually knowing how to be good dog parents, not just hoping the training would magically stick. And she hasn't disappeared after graduation either. She still checks in on Cody and offers follow up sessions, which says a lot about how much she genuinely cares. This was one of the best investments we've ever made for our family. If you're thinking about board and train, ask for Beck. You will not be disappointed.

There is a reason this place has a super high rating. We are beyond happy with pet station for boarding and grooming. My dog is visibly happy to be there. They read her bedtime stories and she gets a lot of playtime. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Edit to add: We recently brought another of our dogs, Kosmo, for a 4 week board and train and we cannot thank Jessica enough for giving him his life back. Prior to training, my husband had to walk him because the big lug would just drag me along, nevermind if we saw another pet, person or God forbid wildlife out too. Since training, he has truly entered the best part of his life. We can go to the park, he can be loose in the house without being a wrecking ball and I feel comfortable taking him on walks alone. I cannot thank or recommend board and train at Pet Station enough. I cannot recommend Pet Station enough. Our girl is super shy around new people and away from home, and this is the ONLY place we would ever think of leaving her. She gets to go on walks, they make sure she gets cookies I send with her, and she always looks happy in the pictures we get throughout our time away. They genuinely care about every pet left with them and I can’t imagine taking our girl anywhere else.

My golden Henry comes to Pet Station regularly for grooming and boarding. We’ve used other boarding facilities in the Louisville area and I can confidently say that there is NO facility that even comes close to matching the level of care and attention my dog receives at Pet Station. He is excited to come through the door and spend time with the incredible staff in both grooming and boarding. We receive daily pictures and consistent communication. He has a safe and comfortable space to stay. Most importantly, when it’s time to pick up our little buddy, he is happy, healthy, and clearly cared for in our absence. Now that we’ve been here, I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Thank you, Pet Station team!
