We brought our Pomeranian here twice. After the first time, we were very satisfied, they did exactly what we asked (we never get our dog trimmed short, as it’s not healthy for the fur). So, we brought him here for the second time a few months later, in September 2023. Again we asked not to trim him short, and the employee asked “like last time?” And we said yes. When my husband came to pick him up, he literally didn’t recognize our dog! It was exactly the opposite of what we had requested them to do. They almost shaved the dog, which is a recipe for trouble for a Pomeranian. And every professional groomer knows it! I was crying for two days after I saw our dog. When the groomer realized he screwed up, he assured us the fur would be back to its original length in no time. Now, half a year later, our dog looks even worse, his fur doesn’t grow. We don’t have enough words to describe how pissed we are. No compensation or apologies were offered. See for yourself. The first picture is after the first grooming (which we liked), the second one is after this disastrous incident. Once again: the groomer remembered our dog and repeated “understood, like last time”. Never ever take your pet to

Sheba came in for her first grooming appointment today at Pawfect Cut Grooming Spa. I'm so glad I made the appointment. I love the fact that the dogs are allowed to walk around freely until it's time to get groomed. It's so much more stress free for the dogs and nobody likes being in a cage anyway. They did a fantastic job. So glad I made the right decision. Will be back for sure.

I must admit, I am a new dog mommy and have nothing to compare to, but this place is literally PAWfect and exceptional! If you truly want the best care for your pup, look no further. We had a growing with teeth cleaning and nail trimming, my dog suffered from allergic dermatitis and sensitive inflamed teeth, she was constantly hot in her fur and dirty when she ate. She came back like a brand new dog, didn't seem stressed at all, loved her groomer and smelled and looked amazing, the personal counted every thing I asked for, I am beyond impressed and grateful. Zefirka will be back to them soon! Thank you!
