Excellent service! I’ve used Mimi’s for boarding and grooming, and they’ve been amazing every time. The staff is caring, reliable, and my puppies always come home happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

This was the worst grooming experience we’ve ever had. I clearly explained how I wanted my dog to be groomed, but they did something completely different. The most upsetting part — my dog came back with cuts and scrapes on his body. Instead of informing me that he was injured, the salon owner put a diaper on him to hide the wounds. When I noticed and brought it up, she started blaming me instead of taking responsibility. No matter how she tries to justify herself — I will never bring my dog back to this place. And this isn’t the first issue. Last time, she forgot to trim my dog’s nails but still charged full price for a complete grooming. I let it slide then, but after this — I’m beyond disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this salon. If you care about your pet’s safety and well-being, stay far away. First photo how I ask flying to cut .

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received at Mimi’s 1 Pet Services. My dog, who is 6 years old, has never had such a terrible haircut EVER IN HIS LIFE!!!!!!! . The hair is completely uneven, and to make matters worse, he doesn’t even smell good. I am honestly embarrassed to take him out in public looking like this. At first, the lady seemed very nice and professional, but once I saw the result, I immediately started complaining, and that’s when everything changed. She told me that I chose this place, and had absolutely no concern about my problems or my dissatisfaction. When I asked for a refund, she flatly refused and was dismissive of my concerns. I feel completely taken advantage of, and it’s incredibly upsetting to see my dog treated this way. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.

The upmost professional and caring service for my 3 baby pups I could ever expect. The attention and love Mimi gives to her guest pets is as if they were her own. I am very protective and cautious with my doggies and must admit I was a bit nervous leaving them behind for my vacation but I was daily informed with videos and pics of them putting me at ease. I highly recommend this establishment but overall the quality servile to the pets.

We boarded our foster baby (a 50lb 8month old pitbull) and had our neighbor’s 5lb chihuahua mix groomed here (nails, cut, and bath). Mimi is spectacular, she knows when they won’t need a muzzle and will remove it if not necessary for the benefit of your baby. Wonderful experiences and very very reasonable pricing, highly recommend her 🥰
