Biscuit is only 9 months old, and they did such an amazing job with him! He looks absolutely adorable after his haircut. They were so gentle and patient with him, which I really appreciated since he’s still a puppy. His cut came out exactly how I wanted clean, fluffy, and so cute! I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely bring him back again!

I absolutely love the cut that Kay gave my dog. However, I was not told before coming in that it's a free-range salon so there are some dogs wandering free amongst the others. It's very tight in there, lots of barking. No kennels, just dogs corralled behind little gates along the walkway or walking freely. There was a mastiff walking around at drop off and two standard-sized doodles at pick up. My dog weighs 9 pounds. She has been groomed successfully her whole life. I did decide that day to get her groomed there, showed the rabies vax certificate- that was what I was told to bring on the scheduling phone call and what I showed at check-in. They didn't keep it, only recorded the date. When I returned, Kay said next time I can ask for my dog to be kept separate, and pointed to a non-windowed room with a dog barking frantically off to the side or, she could suggest quieter days. It was just really a chaotic scene. It's probably nice for big dogs or really social dogs. But ultimately, this is not a safe situation. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely beautiful. I ran into my neighbor who gave me the referral soon after and asked if she knew that the dogs were roaming free. She

Paloma is the absolute best groomer we’ve ever had for our Miniature Schnauzer. She’s not only patient and caring with him, but does an amazing job every time. Would recommend her to everyone!

I drove here from the other city because I met a gorgeous dog the other day in fremont. Her owner sent me here and I had just lost my long time groomer. My dogs went all summer growing out a v short cut I didn’t like and I came in with what I thought were high expectations and this groomer (forgive me, Denice? Orange and green hair) this groomer FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The cuts they gave my babies were so beautiful I teared up a little. I cant stop looking at them!

If I could give more stars I would!! This was my rescue dog's potentially first professional groom, so I was nervous how he would behave. Paloma was sooo friendly and kind, and she made me feel completely at ease about the whole process. The Pawbillion shop is nice and clean, the environment is friendly and air conditioned (so good during a heat wave!). When I went to pick up my dog, Paloma patiently gave me a detailed summary of how everything went and gave me tips on what I can do to further desensitise my dog at home. I immediately booked my next appointment with her because 1) Buster looks so clean and smells so good after the groom, but more importantly 2) I really trust Paloma. My only regret is I didn't tip enough :( Paloma, if you see this, can I get your Venmo? I'm serious!
