OH My Dog

I just picked up my dog at Oh My Dog and I have to say the Owner’s disposition was horrible. One of the worst dispositions I’ve seen in a human in a long time he was nasty. He was not friendly he accused my dog of not liking to be groomed despite the fact that my dog‘s been going there for a few years claiming that the haircut wasn’t 100% I think this is terrible terrible business and his prices went from $70-$95. He just took advantage of us but that’s OK because my dog will never go there again. I don’t think anybody should take their dog there. Owner is unkind and his disposition is terrible, customer service is terrible and they don’t even tell you what the $95 is for horrible. I would never go back there. REPLY: I’m not surprised by the owner’s response. In my original review, I described my experience with the owner as rude and unprofessional, and this reply only reinforces that impression. The groomers accepted me on a same day service and I was not disappointed. They took care of my dog and was great with detail on what I wanted. Thank you very much for your time and patience with Zeus.

We’ve been bringing my dog Bowie here for grooming for a while now, and every single time he comes out looking absolutely beautiful. The groomers clearly take great care and pay attention to detail, and my pup always looks fresh, clean, and happy after each visit. In the past, we noticed that weekend appointments could take a bit longer before pick-up, but we’ve since learned that bringing him earlier in the day on weekends makes the process much smoother and faster. Now it’s the perfect balance—great service without the long wait. Overall, I highly recommend this grooming spot. The staff is friendly, the results are consistently excellent, and with a little planning, the timing works out perfectly. It’s definitely become our go-to place for keeping our dog looking his best!

I took my pup today for his first haircut and I cannot believe it. He looks so cute. The service was so fast my pup was done within less than an hour. He smells so good and is so handsome. Definitely will continue to bring him back ❤️
