Noah's Ark Pet Grooming

Noah’s Ark, here in Virginia Beach displayed absolutely no respect, no consideration, no empathy nor sympathy whatsoever to my family for missing an appointment that absolutely they could not make, due to the fact that my Cousin passed/died during the time frame of her scheduled appointment. Her husband contacted Noah’s Ark, yet they were dismissive towards him as he explained why the appointment was missed, they were adamant with their response stating that he is still obligated to pay the fee for the missed appointment, regardless. Noah Ark of Virginia Beach, this is totally sad, disturbing and a total disservice towards a loyal client/customer and family 😔

My lovely wife died. From my personal experience, Noah's Ark customer service will be the death of this business. I was told that there would be a service failure charge for missing Minus appointment after I explained why my wife didn't show up for our Yorkie's appointment. My wife was unable to keep that appointment because she went to heaven to be with our God, who gave us Christ. Sympathy nor does empty live at Noah's Ark Pet Grooming. I pray 🙏 that the flood of justice come to this businesses. Amen. In honor of my lovely wife, Glenda Tracy Boone, singed forever; your husband Tyrone Boone.

I absolutely love Juanita & Cassie! They take such great care of my fur baby Leo! He’s a cream daschund and has to be groomed just right otherwise well he looks weird! Lol! He always smells sooo good for weeks after their grooming I don’t know what they use but it works even after rainy days. He’s not too itchy or dry from the products as some places and he is a mommas boy but he isn’t afraid to go to them which means they are treating the fur babies right! He even makes friends and was sad to leave last time as his new buddy was being groomed. I am thankful I found them and I was biased because my human son’s name is Noah… so when I searched first time for a groomer I felt they just might work out based on the name alone! Be patient if they are busy because they are busy for a good reason! They do a great job and take time with our babies!

Called to book an appointment. Lady was rude and impatient. I wanted my lab mix groomed (she looks like a lab, has a lab coat). She refused to groom her without knowing what she was mixed with. Guess you can only go here if your dog is purebred or you were there for conception 🙄.

First time going and the lady Karen was rude as hell and I felt like I was bothering her . Never again will I take my dog !!! I was recommended to come here and I will never recommend anyone to go there . Poor Customer Service !! I understand people and business are short handed but you shouldn’t treat customers the way I was treated. Especially when I was very respectful the entire time 😑I even showed a picture of what I wanted and received total opposite 😑😞 One ear is not even at all either 😡😢The three pics are what I received and the picture of what I wanted them to do is the one where he is sitting down on rug …. So disappointed ☹️
