In Boca Raton, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Florida, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–6 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Boca Raton is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Boca Raton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Maya's gave my dog a wonderful groom. Very friendly , reasonably priced . My dog was nervous and shaking when I dropped him off , he was totally fine and comfortable when I picked him up.

Worst grooming experience. My dog and I both are traumatized. We came in for a nail trim. They took no background info, no questions about my dog, they didn't even ask her name or if she's had her rabies shot (she has) and tell me to hold my dog in my arms while they trim. Mind you, she's not 5 lbs, she's almost 25 lbs. I kept asking over and over for her to be put on a table. The owner kept saying no "it's fine this is normal". They're supposedly "professionals" so I went with it. The entire time my dog was squirming while this lady tried to buff her nails. You can't have control over what you're doing while a wiggling dog is trying to escape from you. I kept being told to hold my dog's face (as if she would bite). I was focused on that and didn't notice how badly I was being scratched from my dog's squirming (this is how badly my dog was moving around). She used clippers on just one nail (weird?) And they cut that nail. You can see in the photo they buffed up the entire length of that nail and hit the quick. I'm devastated for my dog. When I put her on the floor and saw the blood I started crying. The owner had a complete lack of empathy and understanding of the situation and con

Best groomer in Boca. I have been to so many groomers and she does it the absolute best. Amazing work and the dogs look beautiful and smell even better.

After taking my 5 year old Pomeranian here for the 3rd time for a groom I cannot stress how good of a job they do taking care of your animals. The owner is a bit eccentric and can be short with customers at times, but the care and love she has for all her furry clients exceeds every expectation possible. I had the slightest issue with my dogs hair being a bit too long and it was no issue to have it taken care of promptly. The wait times are usually 1-4 hours but it’s worth it for a great cut. My dog as always excited to go back for a trim now!

Naya does a great job on our pups! We have two small dogs, Kiya and Leo. She has been grooming them since they were 5 months old. It is a pleasure to support this family owned small business. Naya never upsells, she is very strait forward and through. 100% recommend
