I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joni’s Grooming in Boca! From the moment you walk through the door, you and your pets are greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The groomers are incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to listen to exactly what you’re looking for and consistently do an amazing job. My dogs always come home looking beautiful, happy, and well cared for. It’s clear that everyone on the team truly loves animals and treats them like family. One thing I especially appreciate is their excellent communication. They keep you informed, answer questions thoroughly, and make the entire experience seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a business that combines such skill with outstanding customer service. I also highly recommend their non-anesthesia dental cleaning service. The results were fantastic! My dog’s teeth looked noticeably cleaner, and I loved having a safe, non-invasive option that didn’t require anesthesia. The staff explained everything clearly and made the process incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking for a grooming salon that is professional, trustworthy, compassiona

If you're like me, your dogs are not just pets -- they are family! Finding a groomer you can actually trust is a nerve-wracking process, but Joni's Grooming Spa & Boutique completely blew me away. I brought in my pups -- a Sheepadoodle and a Bernadoodle and found the atmosphere to be incredibly calm and professional. The staff showed patience and care, in that they did not rush the process, taking the time to let them sniff and get comfortable. When I picked my pups up, both were super happy. The grooming was flawless. They smelled delicious and looked like they were ready for a dog show! The facility was beautiful . . . and spotless. Bottom line, if you want a groomer who treats your pups with the same love and patience you do, look no further. At Joni's Grooming, everyone is professional, talented, and genuinely kind.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I’m so glad I found Joni. I am very particular about my dog’s grooming, and after trying several other places, this is the only one that consistently gets it right. My dog looks adorable every time, smells amazing, and the haircut is always perfect. Highly recommend!

Joni Grooming always does a fantastic job grooming my poodles! The cuts are always adorable and just like the pics that I show them. The store is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. I have been to other groomers in the past, not the same experience at all. Joni Grooming is awesome, really happy here🤗

I have been going to Joni’s grooming for about 3 years now. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. My dog Lola always comes out of there looking spectacular. I am constantly stopped by people when I take her out commenting how beautiful she looks and asking where I take her to be groomed. I have never been to a groomer who takes so much pride in making sure my dog looks her very best. Even if she is only there for a bath and not a full groom her hair looks beautiful. Sure you can go elsewhere and save a couple dollars but you get what you pay for. My dog is so happy when she arrives. Marianna is super friendly at the desk and knows every dog by name. My baby gives her kisses and wags her tale in pure joy when she sees her and that is all I need to know. If you want exceptional service and a professional grooming do to Joni’s grooming. There your baby will look their best and will receive a personalized grooming to their breed and your liking…. Not the same cut for every dog.
