Nashville Pet Products

I’m a little disappointed because I’ve genuinely loved Nashville Pet Products for years. I’ve been bringing my Golden Retriever here since he was 9 weeks old, when we got his puppy pack, and he’s even been featured on a few of their flyers. This has always been one of our favorite pet stores. To be fair, when I came in today, the employee appeared to be helping another customer, so I understand he was busy. I wasn’t expecting him to stop what he was was doing. However, I wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in, wasn’t acknowledged, and no one said, “I’ll be with you in a moment.” I was carrying a large bag of dog food and had questions about a shampoo and conditioner, but no one checked in to see if I needed help. What made it sting a little more was that another customer came in behind me and was immediately welcomed into the store, while I still hadn’t been acknowledged. One of the reasons we’ve always loved this location is because of employees like Dylan, Jacob, Kim, and the previous staff, who always made us and our dog feel welcome. My Golden Retriever loves coming in to say hello and give everyone high-fives, and that’s been part of what kept us coming back for the last 4

The folks that work here are the absolute sweetest. They have a very large selection of just about anything you can think of and carry products I've never seen or heard of before. Fortunately, my dog Charlie got her money's worth and is currently enjoying her spoils :) Return customer for sure. Thanks again!

Such a wonderful experience! It was raining and one of the employees ran out with an umbrella to walk me in and was super helpful with finding the products I needed. Store has great selection of local and healthy pet products and the layout is very easy to navigate. I will be back

The people here are amazing! I came here with my dog Laila and they were able to find her a perfect pair of journey harness around her fluffy hair. And they were able to help me find the right one for her to feel comfortable with! Other than that, I recommend to stop by here and find the perfect treat and dog product you want here!

This is the best pet person experience, from the staff opening the doors and warmly greeting you to the friendly felines who just want enjoy the day. The store is clean, well-organized, and doesn’t smell like animals. There is a wide variety of pet foods, cat towers, and dog toys.
