Shelly was so kind and great with my pups. Shasta would always react whenever I mentioned her name. The news is so sad, she was only 35 years old and cut back a bit on her hours because her son is in Little League and wanted to be a big part of the experience. She will be deeply missed❤️

I asked for a Yorkie cut, shorter body with a teddy bear face. I definitely did not get that. Her hair on her face and head is extremely short and choppy. I will not be coming back here. I paid and added the tip which came out to $75 before I even saw what she looked like, and I regret putting a tip or paying that much for this haircut as she does not look good at all. My dog is 9 years old and has had PLENTY of haircuts, and this is by far the WORST haircut she has gotten. Not only that they did not buff her nails at all after cutting them which made them extremely scratchy. Before and after picture is attached.

I cannot recommend this groomer enough to you with pets! I’ve taken my boy there for a few years now and I never once walk away disappointed. Shelly always has such a gentle and positive attitude and always speaks encouraging things about my pup. This was my pup at his haircut today:) Every time I put him into the car to get his hair cut, he already knows where he’s going and he gets so so excited every time. Thanks for taking care of my dog so well!

The lady who ran this place was one of the bright spots in my life. She was always kind and she took a particular liking to my dog. Even better, my dog (Giant Schnauzer - Margo Reed) took a liking to her. Margo hates going to the vet and to the groomer, but that changed here. Margo would jump out of the truck, go into the shop, let herself into the back of the business and go curl up in "her" kennel. I don't think the door to the kennel ever got locked. When the bath & cut was finished I would get a text, usually accompanied by a few glamour shots of Margo. When I would go back in to pick her up, her paws and nose would rise up over the gate because she was treated like a pet by the groomer. I don't know how many dogs got this treatment but it made all the difference to me and Margo Reed. We will miss the owner a lot. She was literally one of my favorite people in Tyler. My condolences to her family, I am sure that you have endless stories of her kindness and generosity. Rest In Peace.

Super nice, loves the animals! My terrier's cuts were great and they were less stressed than with other groomers that had seen!
