The staff at Bark Avenue took wonderful care of our Sensei! I was a little nervous about leaving him, but they made the entire experience so reassuring. They had absolutely no complaints about him—and judging by how comfortable and content he was, Sensei didn’t have any complaints about them either! 😂 It means so much to know our big boy was safe, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away. We will definitely trust Bark Avenue with him again. Thank you all so much! 🐾❤️

I am new in town and have a very shy girl. Scared of well EVERYTHING. It was even cloudy and light rain when I drop her off. This place loved her and pampered her and she looks and feels and smells AMAZING! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! They even took time to make sure i was okay. 😁 Its hard leaving her somewhere new even for just a few hours. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! P.S. the prices are awesome as well! I have been a loyal and respectful client of Bark Avenue for a couple of years- frequent visits, generous tips and referrals. What I experienced during one of the most devastating weeks of my life was deeply hurtful and completely unprofessional. While an immediate family member was passing, I boarded my Doberman at Bark Avenue, as I had many times before and a couple of weeks earlier. At drop-off we asked if she could be given a quick bath before pickup (as they do not do a complimentary one). The employee that morning said they would check and see if it was possible. I followed up with a kind, early morning call the day of pick up as I had not been notified one way or the other. I was hopeful they were able to do it. The office manager, Kathy answered curtly with, "Absolutely Not!" When I gently reminded her of our history with Bark Avenue and our personal situation (why our dog was boarded) her response was, No Way! When I went to pick up my dog I was still hopeful as I have had a great history with them and thought maybe Kathy had an off moment. I was stunned when I asked if they were able to get her in, "No Ma'am! We don't even like your dog!" I am shocked at this point and to

Took my dog for a groom and they did a good job. He looks very nice and was only there for maybe 3 hours versus all day when I take him somewhere else. Pricing is also reasonable
