Loveliest store with the loveliest staff. I love picking up treats for my cat here. Plus the staff always puts up with me showing pictures of him on my phone. a true staple in our tenny community!!!!

Mouthfuls is absolutely fabulous! I’ve been in there many times and they have always been helpful. I’ve never felt rushed or like I was taking too much of someone’s time. Today I went in and had the pleasure of meeting and talking to the owner, Katie. She was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, and super helpful. It makes sense why all of her employees are this way too. You can’t go wrong shopping here!

Disappointing Service From a Store I Used to Love: I've always tried to support local businesses, which is why this experience was so disappointing. In the past, I've had great experiences at Mouthfuls and appreciated their selection of local brands and unique pet products you don't typically find at big-box stores. On my most recent visit, however, the customer service felt completely different. I had a few questions about products I knew they carried, and the employees either didn't know the answers or didn't seem particularly interested in helping. I left feeling like there was very little product knowledge or effort to assist customers. What really soured the experience was overhearing employees making fun of a customer's question about a cat product. Even if a store doesn't carry a particular item, mocking a customer's product inquiry feels unprofessional and dismissive. As a customer, it made me uncomfortable and left me wondering whether customers are genuinely being treated with respect. It's unfortunate because I genuinely want local businesses like this to succeed, and I've enjoyed shopping here in the past. But between the lackluster service and the unprofessional be

What can I say about Mouthfuls? They are a wonderful store with the greatest staff I've dealt with in a very long time. They are kind; they will do whatever they can to assist you in getting what the customer needs. Please, if you have not visited, please do so. Parking is in the back of the store.

Awesome little local shop! I was in awe of all the variety of treat and bone offerings for dogs, items I've never seen before such as steer ears with the fur still in tact. The shop employees were very knowledgeable and explained the different digestion benefits of the offerings and while i was not ready to buy the steer ear i learned so much. They also have adorable bakery offerings - I'll definitely be returning for a mini birthday cake.
