About ModernAve Pet Parlor

Pet Grooming Services in Spokane Washington

Located at 8931 N Indian Trail Rd, Spokane, WA 99208, ModernAve Pet Parlor operates as a pet groomer serving Spokane in Washington. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Spokane, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Washington, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–4:30 pm. It is closed on Monday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach ModernAve Pet Parlor at (509) 466-9393; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is modernavepetparlor.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 142 reviews, which is a strong result for a pet groomer in Spokane and suggests consistent service.

Spokane is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Spokane follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My dog, Blake, has been a client of Frankie’s for nearly 10 years! She is absolutely AMAZING and Blake loves her. She is so kind and an extremely skilled groomer! It was so great when she opened ModernAve. The environment is so welcoming, and I just love that Blake doesn’t even look back at me when I drop him off. I have always been extremely grateful that he feels so comfortable there. Frankie has ALWAYS done an incredible job grooming Blake, so I know exactly how he is going to look each time. I just love that!! Sarah grooms a couple of my friends dogs and she is amazing as well! She has been with Frankie from the beginning and is so sweet & very talented! Another thing I love is that they decorate their lobby for most holidays and take awesome pictures of the pups in front of a festive background and often times with props as well. Great photos for Christmas cards, etc. I highly recommend you schedule an appointment for your pup 🐶

We absolutely love bringing our Pomeranian here! They always do such an amazing job, and you can tell they truly care about the pets they work with. Our pup comes home looking adorable, happy, and so well cared for every single time. The staff is friendly, professional, and always welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy groomer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to modern ave before it was modern ave. I take my 2 yr old German shepherd Flora and 12 yr old standard poodle Finn to Frankie. I think it’s coming up on 10 years. They are super friendly and amazing groomers!!! Always do what I ask or give advice when I’m unsure of what to do next. What’s the biggest green flag is my dogs are never going in there with tail tucked or scared in any aspect!! Finn and Flora walk back happily every time!!! I will bring every dog I have or will get to Modern Ave. oh I also live on 57th so the groom and professionalism is worth the travel!!!

Modern Ave is the only place we take our dogs. The staff care deeply about their costumers pets and care for them as if they are their own! The attention to detail on grooming techniques is also noticeable compared to other grooming salons. We love Frankie and her staff!
