Misty's Pet Depot

I have been going to Misty's with my dogs for 20 years, even before they changed locations. Everyone is so nice and the groomers always do a great job. I also love helping local businesses instead of the big chains.

I sent my girly here and this is the result.. she also had a pretty rough cut from the clippers on the inside of her leg. From my experience I wouldn't recommend. Mind you she's been groomed multiple times somewhere else and never had an issue.

Ok my entire family has supported this local business because we have always liked misty we have always bought all of animals stuff & we have always used the groomer for nail trims only as well as all our family has but the last 2 times since the guy no longer works there none of our or our family's dogs nails have been getting trimmed properly only 1 paw was even touched in didn't even think my wife had time to take our dog until she said she had then my mother in law said well I wasn't gonna say anything but her dog was done the same way so when my wife contacted misty again she was very rude to her & my wife was trying to tell her we aren't mad we just want what we paid for & we all even tip but misty wasn't trying to resolve anything she just said that the girl doing the nail trims knows what she's doing I'm here to tell u that's not the case DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE AS DISAPPOINTED AS WE ARE BEWARE VERY UNDESIRABLE PLACE NOW none of our family will be using this place again this property will be vacant soon & hopefully a business that appreciates it's customers can move in.. Goodbye Misty's you will be out of business soon

This was the first time I have got my cat groomed. Ozzie is 16 years old and had started having trouble grooming himself. He was very matted. Misty and her groomer answered all my questions and put me at ease. I was very nervous bringing him in due to his old age, but he looks so much better and he didnt act stressed at all afterwards. So thankful for their caring nature. 💓

Always the best experience....friendly, pet loving staff as well as knowledge about your pet's needs. The training my dog received was wonderful and my dog has become my best companion because of it. Grooming is the best part of my dog's week.
