I have been taking my pets here for several years now. I have resisted writing a review, as I was trying to give them time to get settled in and get their routines figured out. The doctors have done a fine job caring for the animals that I have, three dogs and a cat. However, their office management and procedural management are ridiculously terrible. While it is true that things at Veterinary offices run on pet time, they often take it to a whole new level and completely forget about you even when they could be working on things. They have even apologized for their absent mindedness on occasion. Additionally, they will make life difficult just to get you to bring your pet in and additional time so that they can bill you. Most. Recently, my pet was in to see them in June for her yearly physical. They neglected to give her one of the vaccines that she needed which was due just a few weeks later. They then called me again and told me I needed to schedule to bring her in for that. It's ridiculous. They have a rotation of vets that come in, so you are not guaranteed that you will see the same vet again. That in itself is fine and understandable. What is not fine nor understandable i

Friendly and talented staff. They take good care of my dog and are sweet with her. I do feel like they propose options and charges without discussing them first; like they assume the sale. They'll let you refuse items but it feels mehh

The visit was ok and they are great with the pet however seem to have the approach to overlook what the pet needs and go for maximum. Our dog, while old and has teeth gum issues, is. not in pain and need teeth extraction. Also they wanted to put her on the more expensive flea pill ($300 plus) and not write a prescription for a topical. Also they do not have the meds there and I'm still looking for it. The reason I went is for skin tag removal, however to do this is over $4000. So, I may move forward to another vet for this. Way to pricey.

After my vet's office closed, I wasn't sure where to take my cats since I had been taking them there from when I first adopted them. Midtown has been a great place for my cats to visit. I love that they offer appointments on the weekends which helps with my busy schedule.

New to the area and wasn’t sure where to take our 16 year old terrier mix for her vet checkup. Making an appointment was very easy online, service was very friendly and accommodating in person, and the doctor and techs were nice, thorough, and not at all pushy. They were transparent about pricing before anything was confirmed, and I was given clear choices without pressure to do elective elements (e.g. senior bloodwork running into the several hundreds of dollars). Prices are not cheap but also not out of the ordinary for a high cost of living area. Vet care is expensive and stressful these days, but our first visit to midtown was easy and fully met our needs.
