Boarded our cat here for almost two weeks and the photo updates made it easy to relax while we were out of town. We never worried. Staff were friendly and clearly attentive to the cats. Our kitty came home calm and super lovey, which made it clear he'd been well cared for. Would board here again without hesitation.

We have been with Meowhaus for several years now and always appreciate the good care they give our kitties. The place is clean, the kitty rooms are cleaned daily. The love their "customers" with pets, treats, and much more. We feel so fortunate to have found such a great place for our fur babies.

I'm so glad my vet recommended Meowhaus to me! The staff is wonderful and made up of serious cat people. They do their best not just to take care of your cat while in their facility, but to get to know them, and make them feel at home. I opted to receive regular updates that were very thorough with photos included. Their room had an aviary viewing area which is such a nice and unique touch. I also appreciated the full story of how their stay went when I picked them up. It really put my mind at ease to know how well cared for they were while I was away. I highly recommend boarding your cat here. I will be a repeat customer.

Meowhaus has been such a positive experience for me over the past three years. My mom originally found them when I first moved out, and from my first visit, I could tell this team truly cares about the cats in their care. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Shannon, in particular, has been amazing. She usually handles our check-ins and check-outs, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She has recommended products that were specifically helpful for my cats and even helped me find a great cat nail trimmer. She took the time to show me how to make nail trims quick and low-stress for both me and my cats, which meant so much. It is clear that she cares not just about the cats staying there, but about supporting their owners too. I genuinely feel confident leaving my cats here. The enrichment and attention they receive make it completely worth it. My cat Dolly even made it onto their website, which was such a sweet moment and shows how much individual care they give. I recommend Meowhaus without hesitation. As long as I am in Portland, I will continue bringing my cats here. Thank you to Shannon and the entire team for taking such good care of th

i was so nervous to leave my babies alone for a 3 day 2 night trip. but did my research & found meowhaus. SUPER accommodating & friendly staff. the atmosphere is very peaceful & shy kitty friendly. i 100% recommend the library room for 2 kitties or a very chill environment kitty.
