I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience with Make your dog epic. We came into training wanting to help our dog, but we left with so much more than that—we learned how to truly communicate with her and understand what she needs from us. One of the biggest things the trainers taught us was how to properly use an e-collar as a communication tool. I was nervous about using one at first, but they took the time to teach us how to use it correctly and responsibly. It completely changed the way we communicate with our dog and gave us so much more confidence as owners. They also worked with us on her reactivity in all kinds of environments, not just in a controlled training setting. Being able to work through real-life situations has made such a difference. We’ve seen her become more confident, more focused, and better able to handle situations that used to be really difficult for her. What meant the most to us was how much our trainer genuinely cared. They never made us feel judged or like we were failing our dog. Instead, they met us where we were, encouraged us, and gave us the tools to keep moving forward. We can’t recommend Brennan enough! He worked with our dog, Beau, for several months, and the transformation has been incredible. Beau has become such a well-mannered, confident, and even-tempered dog, and we truly believe that’s thanks to Brennan’s training and guidance. Throughout the entire process, Brennan was incredibly attentive, always took the time to answer our questions, and communicated with us every step of the way. He genuinely cares about the dogs he works with and wants both the dogs and their owners to succeed. We’re so grateful for everything he did for Beau and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and reliable dog trainer.

We had a great experience with Make Your Dog Epic. We adopted a wonderful 18-month hound dog in December 2025, Rocky, who came to us untrained, malnourished, and with no confidence! We had no history of his past situation. Within a month of starting training with Epic, Rocky became a new dog, exhibiting a ton of confidence and learning numerous training commands. Within a few months, Rocky mastered "come", "off", "place", "sit", and "stay", with both my wife and me giving commands. Most importantly, we learned from the Epic trainers (who came to our house) how to make this fun for both Rocky and us, so everyday training is more of a game rather a chore. We are now confident in walking Rocky off lease, as he immediately responds to commands. We have never had a dog who was so responsive to vocal commands. Overall, the financial and time investment has been extremely rewarding -- we are enjoying are life with Rocky much more as a result of Epic training.

We met Make Your Dog Epic Dog Training at the home show and were blown away. You can tell immediately that these guys genuinely understand dogs and care deeply about helping owners build a better relationship with them. No gimmicks, no pressure, just real knowledge and passion. They took the time to answer questions, explain their training philosophy, and even gave practical tips we could use right away. Their approach felt balanced, professional, and actually achievable for normal families, not just professional trainers. What stood out most was how confident and well-behaved the dogs were while still looking happy and relaxed. That says a lot. It’s obvious they focus on communication and trust, not just obedience. If the experience we had at the home show is any indication, this is a company that truly lives up to its name. Working with Tyler has been great! I adopted a sweet but anxious rescue earlier this year who struggles to listen when he's very excited or scared and was extremely reactive to other dogs when he's leashed. We've been training with Tyler since July and he's improved leaps and bounds. We get a ton of one on one training and scheduling is really flexible. My boy is still very anxious but we've learned a lot of methods to manage it. I also like that I get feedback on how to handle things too so its been a great learning experience for me too. Can't recommend them enough!
