I don't even want to give this a star. We have been using this place for 10 years with no issues with 5 dogs. The last two years have been bad. First of all, if you close at 4 pm how do you not have anyone let any of the boarding dogs out till 8 am? I have to pay an extra 50 for someone to show up at night to walk them. Secondly my dog just went there for boarding for 3 days who has severe anxiety and needs prozac every morning and i counted the pills when i got home and he never received the medicine the whole time he was there. Both the owner and workers looked me in the face and told me they were giving him his pills. Any of the times i did a random pop in my dog was locked up in the back or alone (why is he not with the other dogs when i'm paying for daycare and boarding). They said they gave him a bath and he was never washed and it's included if your dog stays for 3 days. This is only the tip of the ice berg. Imagine if your dog had a severe health issue that they could die after 3 days with no medicine? I am very upset. My dog is young and he's so friendly but they made it like he is the total opposite. My family has been taking our dogs here for years for grooming and daycare. Very nice staff that my dogs love. My Yorkie is 15 so we get worried leaving him anywhere but he feels very safe here and I know he’s in good hands.

Absolutely thrilled with the service at Love My Dawg! My dog, Honey, just got her haircut from Danielle, and she looks fantastic! Danielle did an amazing job—Honey's cut is stylish and perfectly suits her. The staff are friendly and caring, and the facility is clean and welcoming. Honey came home happy and looking great. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to other pet owners. Five stars!

Thank you so much for the job done on Teddy! ❤️ Teddy is a one year old Alaskan malamute. I absolutely love the trim she was given. It was her very first time going to the groomers. We always maintain her nicely at home the best that we can, so she didn’t need much done. She got a full grooming done, but specifically got a trim for the main areas: the ears, butt, paws, and legs. Being such a dog mom, I was worried about her first time at the groomers, but I was told she did amazing! She looks and smells great too, thanks to the Love My Dawg team! I love the little bandana that was put on her too. Thank you for taking care of her and making sure she looks good. The lighting in the photos probably doesn’t do it much justice, but it’s a job well done. I forgot to mention how fluffy and soft she’s feeling.

My fur baby always comes out looking like a million bucks! He smells good and is soft as velvet. I am absolutely in love with this place! They are the best in class!
