Lisa's Hand Car Wash

Bunch of thieves. While they’re driving my car to the car wash, they stole my property out of the car and act like nothing happened. Find somewhere else to wash your car with more decency and respect for the customers.

Great car was and Great Staff. Yet, you can't watch your car be Cleaned. So the experience is not good. Please clean for Customers 🙏🏾

After paying $31 car still looked the same… same spots that can easily be removed if actually scrubbed. After speaking with the man on the cash register he directed us to the manager lady who said “this is only a hand wash everything isn’t gonna be perfect” but after only rubbing one of the stains with a finger it came off, meaning it can come off with a good scrub - to this she said they don’t use their fingers to clean, and that we only paid for platinum so that’s what we got… She claimed the stains were too hard to remove again saying this is only a hand wash but with the pictures below you can see tell if the employees actually tried it could’ve been cleaned a lot nicer. Not a pleasant experience, they offered to re do it but it should have been done right the first time. Decided to just leave.

Lisa’s lost a loyal customer today , I’ve been coming there for years now and the service quality been declining over the time . I paid $45.73 to get shine inside and full service. They even bother brushing my plastic carpets and the inside didn’t look like it was done . I complaint to the manager and the best he could do is to tell me that the lady said she did it . They didn’t do my service over neither was I refunded and that’s okay because from now on I will go elsewhere or do it myself.this was very upsetting because $45.73 is a lot of money .

I didn't like my experience today. I waited 30 mins before it was my turn to get my car washed. First time customer here and for $18.18 cents I expect a much better job then I received today. They didn't do a good job vacuuming the back of my car. The rims could have used a bit more attention to detail. Seems some guys are good and others maybe not so much... again for $18 bucks not sure I would pay that again here or if I would go back. You guys are are bit overpriced for what you get and the service I received today was less then ideal. I was expecting nearly perfect but it wasn't.
