I have a 15 year old aggressive Shih tzu that has been kicked out of several grooming places just this year but has had several groomers quit on him after a couple years because of how difficult he is. I came here and he was being his usual self so I was afraid that he wasn’t going to let her groom him. But Lacy seen how bad he needed to be groomed and was extremely patient and gentle with him. She took her time and was able to completely shave him AND give him a bath in just an hour. I am extremely happy and so thankful for her taking on such a difficult old man. We will keep coming back as long as she lets us!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Lacy's Grooming Spa! We took my mother's cat in, and she is definitely not the friendliest cat and had some very thick mats in her fur. I was honestly worried she would be difficult to work with, but the team handled her so well. They called me shortly after dropping her off and said she was already finished. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to work with her. They carefully brushed out several of the mats and only had to clip/shave a few small areas. They explained they didn’t want to overwhelm her since it was her first grooming appointment, which I really appreciated. They even went the extra mile and gave her a bath and dried her. When we got her back, she looked like a completely different cat — cleaner, happier, and even more friendly and loving! It is so hard to find groomers who are willing to work with cats, especially ones that may not be the easiest to handle. I’m incredibly grateful we found Lacy’s Grooming Spa, and we will absolutely continue coming back. Highly recommend!

Lacy is always so sweet and accommodating and today she did me a very big favor. Lacy is close to home and I absolutely feel my baby is in good hands with him. She loves her fur babies and they get a personal touch just like your dropping them off at a family member’s home. I’ve been to a few in our area but never again Lacy is the only groomer we use now. Big thank you Lacy and my Leo is handsome as can be.

Lacy got our girl in last minute, the day before Christmas Eve!! We cannot thank her enough for cleaning Darla up and making her look brand new! She got her done very quickly and explained everything they did with her. I know Darla feels so much better now.
