Left my doggo for 10 days, they gave an amazing price, they feed him, played with him and even sent me videos and photos of him. When i picked up he was getting groomed and shampooed already, he wanted to stay!! Very professional and appasionete crew. Bilingual (en, esp) and service is amazing!

Horrible place to take your dog, they refused to take care of our dog because he was “crazy” and “dumb” we’ve been taking our dog to this place for a long time and this has never happened, horrible place

Hated how they left my puppy’s hair. I clearly said I didn’t want him to be bald or shaved & even showed them a picture of how I wanted my puppy’s hair and an example of how I DIDN’T want his hair. They didn’t listen and did what they wanted. They claimed my dog's hair was tangled when it wasn’t that bad or even badly tangled to the point where they needed to shave him. I brush his hair regularly and add conditioner so it doesn’t hurt him, and it always detangles without a problem. They also cut his hair so unevenly, leaving his eyebrows and lashes and parts of his hair longer than others and his face so ugly and uneven. I was very, VERY disappointed when I picked up my dog. I noticed he was very shaky and upset when I picked him up. To top it off, when I got inside the car, he had HAIR inside his eye. They also seem to have added strong perfume to make him smell nice. First of all, they should know dogs have a strong sense in smell and can cause them stress & can be overwhelming for them. Second of all, it wasn’t even like a nice-smelling natural scent it smelled like cologne. He kept sneezing on the way home. Horrible job I don't recommend it to anyone!

To all the staff I will forever be grateful for the service, compassion and genuine love for our Santino, coming in from out of town we wanted to give our fur baby the greatest grooming before we lay him to rest and these amazing women who were working on him went above and beyond for him and myself to feel the love. Mil gracias sigan dando ese amor y passion por lo que hacen por nuestras mascotas por siempre agradecida con sus servicios!
