River loves this place! He’s very comfortable and feels safe. Tons of pictures always and feels very secure. Riv has special needs and they’re always very attentive. 10/10 recommend.

This is my go-to place to bathe my dog! They have everything you need, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We love going to Kriser’s for anything our pet needs but we recently went here to have our little chihuahua groomed. They have an express service which is great for her because she has a lot of anxiety. Kayla did a fantastic job and was great with communication. Frankie looked so cute and the whole service was so fast. We already made a return appt with Kayla!

I had a wonderful experience at Kriser’s Natural Pet! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best products for Xylose. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of high-quality pet food, treats, and supplies. I was especially happy to see they carry Open Farm, which Xylose absolutely loves! It’s one of his favorite foods, so it was great being able to pick it up locally. The excellent customer service and quality selection make this an easy five-star review. We’ll definitely be coming back!

They are absolutely horrible at grooming and put my puppy in a crate that we didn’t approve of!!! We had very specific instructions on how we wanted our dog to look and how the should groom her. The groomer had headphones on him when we were giving him specific instructions!!! We even sent the groomer a picture of what we wanted. We have a doodle and it takes her more than 8 weeks to grow fur on snout . We told him to give her “the doodle cut” where she had a round teddy like situation going on around her snout . They shaved the top of her nose and she has lost her teddy bear look!!! We had been trying to grow her snout fun 3 months now and he shaved it. They did not even cut face evenly, one side is much longer than the other(which I think is the least they could have done). They also removed too much of her butt area that now she can’t sit anywhere in the park as the grass hurts her butt area and now she hates going to the park. We said no teeth brushing or nail grinding but they tried to charge us for that as well!!! She also has some random fur just popping up in her head like a coconut tree!! Even the hair cut they wanted to do they didn’t deliver!! When we went to pick he
