They have been absolutely wonderful! The waiting room is clean and spacious and one of the best setups we’ve seen at a vet. Everyone we interacted with has been pleasant and very helpful. We called many vets around town for two emergencies back to back. This was the only place who not only had very quick openings but worked with us to make sure our pets were taken care of as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

All staff were fantastic in answering my questions and accommodating us. Dr. Horstman gave me a succinct post op review and also answered any questions and alleviated my concerns. We gave a stray girl a chance at a great life. “Bunny” has a new forever home. No more suffering for her. Thank you Kentuckiana Animal Clinic!

We had sad but wonderful experience with Kentuckiana Animal Clinic. Our senior kitty, Maggie, had been down for about a week. My regular vet basically said they were too busy and another couldn't get us in for several days. From the start they were concerned and able to get us in the following morning. Dr Horstman was very empathic and explanatory about our situation. When the diagnosis was worst case, he was kind and the the whole team was supportive and accommodating. They moved us into a Comfort Room and even waited for our son to arrive with no pressure on time. When the time came to say goodbye, Dr Horstman said all the right things and made us feel comforted. They definitely earned our business and will be our new vet for any future pets!

We were traveling in Owensboro and our elderly dog experienced a medical emergency. We called 3 other places, including an emergency vet and no one could help us. Kentuckiana was awesome. The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring. The vet was wonderful. Facility was super modern and clean. Thank you so much for your concern in helping our dog get the attention he needed.

My first experience here was nothing but wonderful! I brought in my very sick little dog - after she had been treated by another vet for a week - and Kentuckiana Animal Clinic went right to work on making her better! She started to improve almost immediately and, after a few days, is back to herself! The care and concern they gave her is unmatched. I was kept informed throughout and Dr. Simms, Dr. Savannah, and Summer took time to explain and answer all my questions until I understood fully. Even the front desk people were very kind and helpful. I have no complaints, and I will be returning for regular care. They gave me my baby girl back, and I am grateful! 💗
