Kelton's Hardware & Pet

Sadly this was not the customer experience I was hoping for. Made a purchase and went to exchange with receipt the following week and they said I would have to contact the company who makes the product directly for exchange or refund. Kelton’s return policy states returns accepted within 30 days with receipt but apparently that comes with exceptions of certain products. Very disappointed as I love to support small local businesses and hoped this would be my family’s go to place.

I arrived at Kelton's last night at 10 minutes to closing. I knew it was close, and I just needed to run in and pick up food for my pup. She was with me, and she said hello to everyone. The staff was excited to see her and she was excited to see them (her friends!) and pick out a new toy. One item I was looking for was out of stock so I had a couple of questions about something else and team members were so helpful and friendly. When we had checked out the door was locked and I apologized for taking too much time. The team was so gracious-i didn't realize we'd been there more than 10 min and I was just impressed overall with the helpful and friendly spirit I encountered even though it was the end of the day. My pup was thrilled with her new toy, and overall, we just had a great little outing to see our friends at Kelton's. Also, we went for pup stuff, but they have a GREAT selection of hardware/garden/BBQ etc.

Today was my first visit to Keltons! I've heard such great things about their store and the ways they are involved in doing wonderful things to support our local community. Their team was so incredibly helpful and I enjoyed my shopping experience with them, finding exactly what I needed. I'll be back! ☺️

Kelton’s Hardware & Pet is absolutely incredible! Every time I bring my dog in to pick up her food, the staff is so friendly and welcoming to her!!! they always give her a little treat, which she loves. My dog gets so excited the moment we pull up to the building and can’t wait to run inside and see all the workers. They greet her like family every single time. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable about pet food and took the time to help me find the best options for my dogs. I truly believe the food they recommended has improved my dogs’ quality of life. On top of that, everyone in the store is so kind, and the store itself is always clean, organized, and inviting. I love shopping here and would absolutely recommend Kelton’s Hardware & Pet to anyone looking for great service and people who genuinely care about their customers and pets.

Great place on the West side to pop in and get something simple. They have a decent variety of home hardware supplies, paint, plumbing, tools, gardening, lawn mower chainsaws etc. When I just need something quick I would much rather go here and stay on the West side of Murfreesboro then go into town and fight the traffic. Friendly staff and always seem willing to help assist you find things. Pet friendly store if you want to bring the dog.
