Our dog looked amazing when we picked him up. They took such great care of him. We will definitely be returning!

I’ve been taking Loki here for the last two years. He’s a 10 yr old labradoodle and each time he’s been cut it’s been a perfect cut. They’re quick efficient and he’s always very calm and happy at pick up. We’ve had different groomers and haven’t had a problem. Highly recommend and will continue to take our pup there.

Honest review. I first started with JKs in Nov 2025 after grooming at my home became too expensive for us. They do a wonderful job with Charlie, who is timid and nervous but with Jared he has found his buddy and he likes him. Jared does a great job, listens, checks in and knows Charlie is my baby and precious to me. Earlier in the year there was an issue with another groomer not showing up with the business keys and we had to come back much later. When Charlie was sick and at the vet, I called and left a message and next time was charged a 'no call, no show fee'. The owner did contact me promptly and went above and beyond. He apologized for their part and offered a free grooming plus removal of the late fee. Great owner - listened to me, investigated and then repaired (beyond my expectations). This and Jared will keep Charlie and I loyal to this groomers for as long as we can. Waiting to pick my baby up today and I know he'll look sharp and happy. Thanks Jared and the owner (sorry can't remember your name sir). Rebecca and Charlie

Was very excited to support a local business as a new resident in the neighborhood but my dog’s face after his cut looks so bad. I shared with the groomer Sam that the most attention is needed on his face. The rest of his grooming on his body was fine but the face looks so bad. Going to have to redo the face trim myself- which I should not have to do after a $110 full service groom. Aside from that the staff were very friendly.
