Izabark is amazing! Highly recommended. I moved to Riverside from San Diego where my fur baby was groomed regularly. I found Izabark after looking for a dog lover to show my pup same gentle care as their own fur baby. My pup looks amazing every time ❤️

I couldn't be happier with the grooming service! My little dog came home smelling and looking amazing, fresh and clearly seemed comfortable with her experience. The groomer was patient, caring and paid attention to my every instruction and communicated with me as necessary. It's obvious she truly love the animals and take pride in her work. The results exceeded my expectation, prices was reasonable. She provided a free flea bath because she knew I was low on cash. My dog had fleas and matting but I only paid $90 for the entire service. I highly recommend Glori to anyone looking for quality grooming and excellent care for their furry family.

I have been hesitant to post a review and wanted to give it time but I am highly upset with the lack of communication from Gloria. I’ve been bringing my dogs to her for well over a year because she is reasonably priced and close to home and she is flexible with her times and that’s appreciated. I bring both my dogs in for grooming together and I’ve mentioned to her a couple times my Pompoo has had some issues with her eyes after grooming. I’ve taken her to the vet about it once and then this last grooming session my other dog who is a Morkie and her right eye was completely shut after grooming session and then within the hour both eye eyes shut. I messaged her about it and sent pictures and no response. This will be the last time I bring my dogs to her and unfortunately I had to take my dog into the vet. Her pricing isn’t worth the vet bills and lack of communication. Update to your response. I added the message that sent to you when I left grooming appointment. Here is the screen shot and u didn’t respond to me until I left this review. All that would have been appreciated was a response. See that fluffy white teddy bear? That's a dog that someone was giving away because his family was leaving to Arizona. The first photo (with his name) was how I received him. He was an outdoor dog, full of matts and just poorly cared for. I had to do something. First of all, I went on google and called about 10 different groomers. It was almost like no one wants to do business! No one answered. No one. And then I struck a goldmine. I found Izabark. Glori (the owner) picked up IMMEDIATELY. And she was no longer taking appointments for the day. But I told her my story and how I just received a new dog and she right away made an exception without hesitation. The following photos would be the after effect of Glori's amazing skills. When I brought him in, she was such an expert. Pointed out things about his coat that I didn't even know!! She found fleas, bugs, and identified every knot. He's a Maltese Poodle (maltipoo) so he gets anxious when I'm not around. She calmed him down and was so patient with him. So gentle and caring. My dog had been shedding a lot of hair and I needed to take her in somewhere quick, Izabark Grooming was the first and last place I called. Just from the phone call, I felt very trusting to take her in. I have a Pit Bull mix Labrador and it is never easy finding a place that will take her in due to a lot of mistrust and bad reputation the breed has. And when asked if she’s aggressive my answer is always no, and I’m glad that my beautiful girl was given a fair chance. Although she was very afraid and anxious at first I never saw signs of giving up from Glori. Glori was very understanding and patient, her experience in knowing that it takes time for a dog to adjust to a new person and setting was comforting and assuring. I am very thankful to her, my doggy came out looking clean, shiny, fresh, and smelling amazing. I know she was in good hands and very well taken care of especially with the updates I received during her time there. I will be back!
