Needed to board the pups for a long stay ans it was great seeing them enjoy their selves via instagram. Our flight delayed our return by 4 hrs causing us to miss the 7pm close but they were understanding & stayed an extra hour to let us pick the pups up so we didnt have to be without them for another night. We really appreciate that!

Great every time! Accommodating and always get my pup looking handsome. The full groom can feel pricey compared to some groomers, but rest assured it is worth every cent.

I bring my 20 lb rescue mutt to get her 2 year old energy out and help encourage socializing and good play skills. She is greeted warmly by name and I pick her up tired (half or full day options) from daycare. Offer nail trims and grooming if desired as well as boarding. Indoor & outdoor play for larger and smaller dogs to have their respective spaces. Recommend 🌟🤩

I left my 4.5lbs Maltese here for 3 nights. I am new to the boarding experience and went with this location based on the online reviews. I am so glad I did because from the minute I walked in the door to when I picked him up, the service was outstanding. I called each evening to see how he was doing and how his eating habits were, especially because he has a very timid personality. I am so glad they were very honest and told me that the first night, he did not eat which was expected. The second night, he ate. He is so small that he was like a love magnet to everyone there and the staff gave him lots of hugs and cuddles. The other great thing about Hounds is that they have staff around the clock checking up on dogs who are boarding. I'd highly recommend Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa at the Rogers location, not Fayetteville.

After spending an additional $400 at the vet, I will not be returning to Hounds Lounge. I recently boarded my dog there for a week during a vacation. While I was gone, no issues or concerns were communicated to me at all. When I picked him up, I was again not notified that anything was wrong. However, as soon as we got home, it was obvious my dog's eyes were red with green discharge, and I took him to urgent care the next day. He was diagnosed with conjunctivitis, and had lost a significant amount of weight. Right after I left the vet, I missed a call from the manager, David, about the invoice. Within minutes, David called my emergency contact trying to get the invoice paid. This felt completely unnecessary given that I returned the call within 20 minutes and have been a reliable customer for years with no payment issues. When I spoke with him, I asked whether anyone had noticed the issue with my dog’s eyes. He said it “sounded like allergies” and attempted to downplay the problem, even after I explained that a vet had already diagnosed an infection. He said he would check with staff and follow up, but never did. At no point was there any accountability or proactive communicatio
