Lack of customer service! I went on Thursday & received great customer service. The best. I usually buy my dogs dog food Fromm's weight management at a pet shop on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis, but since this stoe was closer & were so nice I thought my husband & i would buy there on Saturday. The pet store on Pendleton Pike as soon as you walked in they were so welcoming & helpful they would put the 30 lb bag on the cart & even carry to the car. On Saturday there was a guy &;lady working. They said ," Hello", asked me if I knew what i wanted & where. They continued to keep stocking. Then my husband put it on the cart & went to the register to pay for it. The guy told me that there was a self service area. I said "oh, do you want me to use it "& he said, "No, since he was already there!" I just felt like I was bothering him ! I think i iwill take my business back to the other pet shop on Pendleton Pike. I don't want to be a bother, especially when i am paying $60 or more. I bought ears too!

Great selection! I found treats and toys and a new bed. Quality and differentiated brands. Excellent choices. Helpful, welcoming and friendly staff. We are new to the area and found our pet store!

Aaron is incredible. I took my great Dane puppy rescue into her first store and it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Not only was the store clean and organized, but the staff (Aaron, Haley & Cheyenne) were so friendly and helpful. Aaron in particular, greeted my dog and gave her some treats and really worked with her to make her feel comfortable and safe. This experience was so helpful and needed for my puppy as small as it sounds. New experiences and people are hard for rescues and men sometimes too.. but Aaron jumped right in to make her feel at ease. I appreciate this experience more than words can say and truly could not recommend more. Thank you, Aaron. I appreciate your love for animals & now Will now forever be a customer

I highly recommend Hollywood Feed; staff is knowledgeable & friendly. Store is stocked with a variety of treats & supplies. We used the pet self wash (first time is free!)& was impressed how well stocked it was with shampoo, rinse & plentiful towels (dryer option available). Charlie even got a special treat🥰 this is our new go-to store!

Love coming to this store. We drive about an 1 hour to get here but it is worth the drive. The customer service is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and if you get to meet Kim she truly cares about your fur babies needs. Definitely one in a million. So if you have your doubts about going here don't hesitate and stop in and buy something yummy for your fur babies.
