Heidi’s Dog Grooming

They were very patient and gentle with our senior dog Ellie. It took two groomers to get her done but they did a wonderful job. I really appreciated that they communicated afterwards about the tough parts for Ellie and what would be helpful for next time. It's pricier than the chain groomers, but you get what you pay for. We will be bringing Ellie back to Heidi's.

I have been taking my cairn terrier to Heidi's grooming for almost 10 years now. Although the prices have slowly crept up over the years, I still think they are way more reasonable than any other groomer in town. During covid I tried a box store groomer and thought it was cheaper until they tacked on extras like bathing my dog or trimming nails, which Heidi's does automatically. It ended up costing more and they did a terrible job. My dog doesn't seem to mind going and it is an easy process for both me and him. He always looks great afterwards! The owner is also willing to give me tips on training, dog care and any other quick dog question that I have. I'm usually able to get an appointment in about a week - which is great for those of us who don't always plan ahead. It sometimes takes a while to get a call-back when you leave a message though. It seems that they are slowly up-grading their front desk infrastructure which was just a file and card system when I first started going.

Toni and Jay are wonderful. I am using their per grooming services since many years now, first with our late dog, James, and now with the new puppy, Jack. Jack is 9 months old and very lively. He comes in for baths and grooming regularly since he was 3 months old. He really likes going to Toni & Jay's and he is happy & looks very handsome when he comes back every time. Toni's haircuts are beautiful, she's very talented. And they handled my senior dog as compassionately as they are now handling the new puppy. My dog is in very good hands when I drop him off at their place. I am very grateful and I could not wish for more. I can highly recommend Heid's Dog Grooming.

Heidi’s provides wonderful service, always so welcoming, does an amazing job with the cut and groom. Bo is never afraid to go in, and always comes back clean, cute and happy. We have been going for over 6+ years and they also took care of my senior German Shepherd with much care. We really are so thankful to have Toni and Jay care for our dogs.

Heidi’s Grooming is the best—especially for doodles! We’ve been bringing Kuma here since May 2024, and he always looks incredible after every visit. Toni is amazing—she really knows how to make doodles look their best and takes such great care of Kuma. Jay is always keeping us updated and making scheduling so easy. We always get tons of compliments on how great Kuma looks. We couldn’t recommend Heidi’s Grooming, Toni, and Jay enough!
