I would not trust CityDog! Club mountain view location with my dog again. My dog, Buster, suffered two separate injuries while in their care. The first time, I picked him up with a fresh bleeding wound and received no explanation. I decided to give them another chance. During his next overnight stay, I watched the live cameras and saw another dog repeatedly harassing and cornering Buster. I called and asked staff to separate him. The next morning, I found a fresh wound behind his ear (i found it not the facility!), which later developed into an aural requiring veterinary treatment care. What disappointed me most was how management handled it. Instead of addressing what I witnessed on the live cameras, they focused on a carefully selected clip showing Buster calmly with a supervisor and dismissed the earlier harassment as "just playing." Given the severity of his injury, I find that explanation hard to accept. They also said they would refund my boarding fees as a courtesy, but that never happened. Regardless, this was never about the money. I simply wanted transparency, accountability, and reassurance that my dog's safety was taken seriously. After two unexplained injuries and

We have a Maltipoo whose fur requires a lot of maintenance, and they really do a great job here. We also love that they have an open-window grooming room — it gives us a lot of confidence that our baby is being treated well at all times. We previously had an experience with another grooming salon where the result looked great visually, but our dog seemed depressed for 2–3 days afterward, which made us feel that something may have been wrong there. Here, not only does he look amazing after grooming, but the cut also stays nice even 4 weeks later which is quite an achievement.

I have been taking my GSP here for daycare for over a year now. The management and staff have become increasingly better during that time. They have impacted our experience greatly and Dane loves going there. They know him by name, love him and he gets excited on the way to get dropped off. The entire team makes you feel like you know your baby is being taken care of. The team there is attentive and helpful and I walk away knowing they will take care of him. They carefully make sure the dogs are all in the right areas based on temperament. Getting to see Dane play live on the webcams provides such a sense of relief and happiness too. Super grateful and as someone who has been in luxury hospitality for close to 20 years it’s great to see it shine through there. They also answer the phones when needed and watch the dogs carefully all day. I work a lot and long hours so knowing I have a safe and reliable place I can take my child too is a massive relief of my shoulders. Thanks to the management for building a new stronger and more reliable team. Dane thanks you and loves the cookies :)

We love Citydog! Club. The team is incredibly friendly and clearly cares a lot about the dogs they look after. My dog is always happy there, and I feel totally comfortable leaving him in their care. Every visit is a positive experience — from drop-off to pick-up, everyone is welcoming and kind. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is somewhere he’s well cared for and loved. I really appreciate the staff and highly recommend Citydog! Club.

We’ve been bringing our pup to CityDog since we adopted her 3.5 years ago and we are so grateful for having this place to bring her to. It’s conveniently located in Mountain View and we feel safe and secure with she is in their care. Our dog is introverted and we love how she gets to sit off to the side or interact when she wants to. She loves having the windows to look out for her mommies and we love that she gets that stimulation to watch the outside world. My favorite thing is the greetings we get upon arrival when everyone knows our dogs name and makes her feel welcome! The manager Carolyn has given us so much comfort and has shown how much she loves and cares for each and every dog. She’s auntie Carolyn! The staff are all hands on deck when things get busy and we appreciate their efforts! This is the only place we trust boarding Gemma as we know the staff will be mindful and attentive to our dog’s needs for her dietary restrictions and meds, walks, etc! We love CityDog!
