I booked a groom for my puppy. They were scheduled to arrive at 1 p.m. I was waiting in the front yard for them to arrive. At 1:15 p.m. the groomer canceled the appointment indicating I was a no show. The van never arrived at my house but they still are trying to charge me $172.00 for the service. What a scam! Do not use this company! Now I have to report this to my credit card company as fraud. What a hassle!

Do not support this business. Today 3/15/2026 at 1:30pm heading south on 285 before Dartmouth we witnessed the driver pull out in front of a truck who was goin full speed, then cut across in front of us. I honked my horn and the driver got angry. He must of saw the accident in front of us and right before we passed him he tried to cut in front of me. I honked my horn again. He then proceeded to lay on his horn behind me constantly, flipping me off. As we approached the intersection of 285 and Dartmouth he seen the police. We rolled down our windows and signaled to the officer that this Driver was being aggressive. It also appeared this man was smoking a joint while driving. He then proceeded to follow us down Dartmouth honking his horn aggressively. We called 911 but he turned away from us when he noticed us taking pictures of his vehicle. The vehicle did not have a front tag or a vehicle number for us report. Do not support a business that puts other lives in danger.

A driver for your company was committing road rage this afternoon on 3/15/2026 at approx 1:30pm at Santa Fe Dr and Dartmouth in Denver. After he pulled out in front of oncoming traffic and pulled across all lanes of traffic. He then noticed an accident up ahead and had cut back all the way over to the right and almost hit us doing so. When we honked to alert him he flipped out and started following us for a while continuously honking aggressively and tailgating us. I called 911 on him! If anyone got his plate number please post!

I’m not sure about driving because I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of these vans driving around. HOWEVER I must say I made an appointment with Sherry a couple weeks ago was not too sure how it would go because my shih-tzu can no longer go to an actual groomer because she has an autoimmune disease and can no longer receive vaccinations. She also has a liver disease and on top of all of that she is A mean little dog who does not like people touching her and seems to have been traumatized somewhere along the way from groomers and/or vets. Sherry did not charge me For driving all the way out to my house and my dog just not Cooperating with her well enough for her to get groomed. Sherry was getting ready to go on a trip but rescheduled another appointment with us for as soon as she got back and did not accept any other appointments for that day so that she could slowly work on my dog And let my Dog get to know her and help her not be so traumatized about grooming experiences. She was Absolutely amazing and said that she’d rather me give her a good review than a tip. She is a once in a lifetime person that you will meet who actually cares about you and your pet and not just about making

Royal did an incredible job with Gypsy! She came out looking amazing and smelling fresh! The mobile van was spotless and sanitary, and the booking process was super simple. A completely hassle-free, five-star experience. We will definitely be booking with Royal again!
