We've taken multiple dogs to this groomer. I appreciate the online booking and that their facility appears clean and not chaotic, with dogs running loose. Unfortunately, they never seem to read the grooming instructions when you book online, so you have to repeat everything at drop off. My husband dropped our Sheltie off with clear instructions to bathe, trim around the feet, legs, belly and backside, the same instructions we always give. He specifically said trim only, NOT to buzz all over. Anyone with experience with double-coated breeds knows you should never buzz cut or shave them (except for extreme circumstances) because it ruins their natural double coat and harms their ability to control their body temperature. So, I was shocked when he brought her home and her fur had been shaved to about an inch or so all over her body! My husband said both owners were present at pickup and he told them, "We asked you to trim her coat, not shave her," and they just didn't really give him any response. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when a new groomer shaved a spot on our other Sheltie down to the skin so she was bleeding when we got her home. (We called and they apologi

They did an excellent job on my mini aussie mix. He likes his summer cut.

I’ve taken my little dog Buttons here a few times and the staff is always very friendly, professional, and the place is very clean and well-kept. Additionally, it’s not all-day stay for the dog, often being about 4-5 hours for him to be ready.

I haven’t used this company but they hurt my friends dog and it required a vet visit for multiple cuts to the dog and they shaved the dog to the skin. When a negative review was posted, they posted a video of the dog and stated it was necessary and claimed the dog owner consented, which didn’t happen . After the negative review they posted a retaliatory post. Not a post stating they were sorry for their experience, but a retaliatory post. I’m sorry for their experience but more sorry for their response to an injured animal.

They did a fantastic job! My pooch looked beautiful. She was happy and not a bit traumatized. Most importantly, she was ready within 4 hours from when we dropped her off. I walked in to get her and was putting her in the car within 2 minutes and 1 minute was just bc she was so excited to be primped. Cost less than my last location on JFK. If there is a fault, it’s that they clean with the usual vet clinic stuff and I would advise using whatever North Hills Animal Hospital uses. No one likes the animal shelter smell. MAKE THIS PLACE SMELL LIKE THE FABULOUS SALON THAT IT IS!!!
