The staff was quite helpful and creative in helping me with a problem with my micro pet who eats everything!

I had the best experience here yesterday! I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door. Brittany helped me find all the items I needed and was so informative and polite. She also gave us a folder with a check list, coupons, and other information. The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant! The store was clean and neat also. I will definitely be returning!

It was my first time visiting the store. The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten the young ladies name who assisted me. Five Stars is her rating. I informed her that I was looking for healthier food for our puppy. The food she suggested, our puppy loves it. She also suggested some chew sticks, that she also loves. I told my wife about the high quality of my experience. I also, suggested we visit together. Thanks for the awesome experience. Rev. Tommy Bourgeois

There is a younger person working there who lost her 20 year old dog yesterday and I came in looking for some food to give my 17 year old mini dachshund who is close to the end herself. They were far and away the most understanding and caring person I have ever met at Hollywood feed. They directed me to some freeze dried food that once I got home my dog absolutely went crazy for. I truly think that customer service is a thing of the past but kindness is not. I wish more people were as professional and kind. Will definitely return.

The staff is incredible, very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find a great food for my senior cat with kidney disease, and her health has greatly improved because of it. Thank you, hollywood feed!! 🖤
