In San Francisco, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in California, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Francisco follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Brought my dog in for a nail trim, she is a rescue and has quite long nails that need to be trimmed in small increments each month. They started clipping and I have never heard my dog make the kind of noises I heard, crying out at each clip. Almost every nail was cut too short, her dew claws cut almost down to the skin and bleeding. I was horrified to have to listen to this happening. When I got home my dog was limping on her back foot due to pain. I called to leave a voicemail and never got a response back. My dog and I are both traumatized from this experience.

Made an appointment for my pit bull to get her nails clipped and told them prior she’s a little skittish and a talker. When I brought her in the morning she started to show a little growl and instantly got denied service even though the person on phone said it was fine to bring in my dog. Bad people bad services.

My pup Coco has been coming here for years . We love the whole team for their thoughtfulness and care for Coco , but I am especially grateful to Cindy! Coco has high anxiety for grooming and vet visits and his vet recommended sedation for all appointments. Cindy is so kind and patient and works so well with Coco , he successfully gets grooms with Cindy without the need for medications. This is much better for his long term health and I am truly grateful. Even though we live in Nob Hill I make the drive to the inner Richmond for their excellent care and service . Your pup will be in great hands here .

Dog owners beware - this place is not good, and they charge top dollar for it. I really wanted to like them, as their location is very convenient for us, but they are not good groomers. We tried them 3-4 times and every time something was very wrong. They also do not seem to care, they don’t want feedback at all. I tried very gently to tell them what was wrong in the past, and they were not at all interested - hence this review. The jobs were so bad and so expensive ($185 for my large dog) that I should never have gone back, I just really wanted it to work. People need to know, do not waste your money there!! Our beautiful dog actually looks ugly and sad after being groomed there. Twice he came home with huge holes in his fur - HUGE! Like baseball size. Yesterday he come home with weird shaved feet, no explanation for them, not something I asked for, and whatever they are trying to achieve with these feet, it’s poorly executed. Aesthetics and money aside, I’m now freaking out that maybe they aren’t that nice to the dogs, they charged us an extra handling fee, they said they had to hold him down. He’s never had issues with other dogs, but recently he started growling at some while o
