Called to see if I could get my brothers poodle groom. He has a regular groomer in Dallas where he resign. Due to circumstance I’m dog sit for a couple days. The lady said they didn’t have availability. Thought she hung up the phone and didn’t. And stat we don’t know if he have vaccinations and went on and on to her employee about what they don’t know. Not one time when she was aware of being on the phone with me did she ask any of these questions. Caught her attention to inform her I was still on the phone. And told her yes he has all that but thank you. This was so rude and unprofessional. And how do you assume this by talking to someone when you never asked those questions. Definitely a bad experience on just inquiring about service. Unbelievable.

The groomers did a great job of giving my furbaby a lion cut! There's no extra charge to stay overnight after the anesthesia, and they're well taken care of! PLEASE go here instead of PetSmart. Same price but the groomers/staff actually know what they're doing with cats.

Dr. Jones (Doc-y Jones) has cared for all of our family pets for decades. He is wonderful and we wouldn't trust anyone else! Joyce who sits at the front knows our pets by name and if they have recently been in the office and we see her around town she will ask, by name, how they are doing. Excellent care at Green Acres Animal Clinic! Thanks, Dr. Jones, Joyce and all vet techs!

Love all the people that work here. Have always had good treatment for my dogs. The receptionist always calls and lets me know how my dog is doing if they are having a procedure. Highly recomend them for your pet needs.

They may be great Vets but I'll never know. I was put on hold three times when I called. After the lady finally talked with me, she immediately referred me elsewhere for boarding services when she determined I was not an existing client of the vet. I just moved to town and told her this, apparently they are not interested in attracting new business as she did not even ask if I would like to consider the vet as our new doctor. Very rude.
