My mom has been taking her sweet Pomeranian Bandit to this groomer numerous times and have been satisfied each time. However, this latest time we noticed a new groomer. And it appeared that they cut his hair wayyy too short. Poms are double coated and their hair cannot be shaved. His hair is not growing back in his back area. We are disappointed and panicked as we’ve never seen this happen before. We are hesitant to go back to this groomer for fear it will happen again. These are the results when Pomeranians hair is cut too short. DO NOT let them shave your dogs hair. I also want to note that his skin is not irritated at this time but we are keeping an eye on it.

I'm in love with this this people. My Thunder comes out of there looking like a complete different dog!!! The store is always clean and smells good. The employees are super nice and I can't just walk out without a smile in my face. Definitely coming again and 100% recommend!!!

I had hoped we found our groomer. Our first visit went fairly well our puppy was a bit of a mess and they cleaned her up and did what they could with mats. Our second visit she was dropped off with instructions on how she should look. When we picked her up it was a nightmare. Not only did they not follow instructions but our dog was traumatized beyond belief. She is an energetic happy puppy and loves company and all attention. Whe she got home she was shaking and noticeably afraid. She got on our bed and stayed by wife the rest of the night. She didn't eat for 3 days, wouldn't go outside for 4 days and is still scared of our car, in fear of where we might take her. She had been cut on her face by her eyes and again on her belly multiple times. This altered our dog's personality. I don't know what happened but when I mentioned this to a friend she said a similar thing happened to another friend's dog at this same grooming facility. Absolutely unacceptable. When my wife called to inform them the person who answered tried to be understanding but only could offer a discount on future services. I would have to be cruel to take my dog back there. Amazing groomers, they are kind dog lovers and they know their stuff. Surprisingly low rates per service so I always feel like I get more for my money. Better quality than other groomers and big box stores I have tried. They really put my mind at ease because they taught me more about my Husky-Malamute mix breed dog's coat than I knew and now our 2 dogs are looking better than ever! Look at those pretty paws 😍🐕

Update: we took our puppy for her second appointment here and asked for the same cut. It was completely different and looked horrible. Super frustrating and we will now be going to a different groomer. My puppy had her first grooming appointment at Goo Goo Dogs today and I was SO happy with my experience there! Super friendly customer service and a great haircut! They listened to how I wanted her cut to be like and she is so soft and smells amazing! They really seemed to love dogs and it was a fun and welcome atmosphere! Definitely will recommend to others and will be coming back soon!
